Booth Setup and Construction
🧰 Exhibitors must not affix self-adhesive promotional posters directly to exhibition panels; please use easy-to-remove double-sided tape or clear adhesive instead. Any damage to or loss of exhibit equipment will be subject to compensation as specified by the organizer.
🧯 Do not damage exhibition fixtures or display rack structures; it is strictly prohibited to block fire exits, fire hydrants, or electrical distribution boxes, and fire‑extinguishing equipment must not be relocated.
🦺 During setup and dismantling, staff must wear standard‑compliant fluorescent safety vests, toe‑protective safety shoes, and over‑the‑knee trousers.
During the event, please dispose of trash promptly and keep exhibition booths and passageways clean. After closing, please place all waste in the designated bins.

Exhibit Transportation and Storage
📦 The only designated logistics provider for the exhibition hall is DSV Fairs & Events LLC, responsible for on-site item handling and courier delivery services.

📦 During the exhibition setup, empty containers and waste must be temporarily stored on your own booth; they may not be placed in aisles, at emergency exits, or on other booths. Upon completion of setup, all such materials must be collected and disposed of in the designated trash bins located outside the exhibition hall’s entrance and exit doors.
📦 During the exhibition, no goods or packaging boxes are permitted to enter the venue. For any questions regarding the delivery of additional exhibition equipment ordered prior to the event, please contact the on-site service staff.

Exhibition Cancellation Request
⚠️Before 5:30 PM on February 12, 2026 Strictly prohibited Exhibitors and booth contractors shall dismantle their exhibits and booth structures; the organizer will impose penalties for any packing of exhibits or dismantling of booths carried out prior to this deadline.
⚠️ During dismantling, all posters and other promotional materials must be removed from wall panels and exhibition fixtures. Any residual adhesive or damage to the wall panels will incur additional charges.
⚠️ At least one person should remain at the booth to guard it; leave only after handing over the exhibits to prevent theft.

Exhibition Services and Compliance Requirements

Intellectual Property Protection
Exhibits involving trademarks, patents, copyrights, or quality certifications must be accompanied by valid certificates of rights or usage‑license agreements. The display of samples with unclear intellectual property rights is strictly prohibited. In the event of an intellectual property dispute on-site, the organizer reserves the right to require the removal of the disputed exhibit, and any non‑compliant exhibitor will have its booth sealed off.

Badge Collection
How to collect your badge at the Dubai Exhibition:
1. On your iPhone, download the WHX EVENTS app. Log in using the email address you provided when registering for your badge, and enter the one-time code sent to that email. After logging in, locate “My Badge Voucher.” At the exhibition venue, scan this QR code and print out a paper admission pass.
2. Users of Android devices or other phones that cannot download apps should access the website via their mobile browser at https://exhibit.whxevents.com/login. Log in using the email address you provided when registering for your badge, and enter the one-time code sent to that email. After logging in, locate “My Badge Voucher.” At the exhibition venue, please scan this QR code to print out a physical admission pass.

Behavioral Safety Guidelines
1. During the exhibition, please switch on your booth’s power 30 minutes before the opening and turn it off within 30 minutes after closing, keeping the power disconnected. Any electricity used beyond these time limits must be requested in advance and paid for.
2. Stay away from specially constructed exhibition booths, scaffolding, and other areas prone to falling hazards to prevent injuries.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the indoor areas, and outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the exhibition halls. Catering facilities are available on-site.
4. Individuals under the age of 16 are prohibited from entering the exhibition venue, including during the setup, exhibition, and dismantling phases.

Entry and Documents
1. The United Arab Emirates has implemented a visa-free entry policy for Chinese citizens. Upon arrival, travelers must present their original passport for an eye scan (with a dedicated lane for women), and photography is prohibited throughout the process.
2. The UAE Customs authorities reserve the right to deny entry to individuals with adverse records or on the blacklist. Upon arrival, please retain the departure card issued by customs and present it upon check-in at your hotel and when returning home.
3. Valuable electronic devices must be declared in advance to avoid tax-related issues.

Travel Advisory
Items to Bring
1. Please bring your original passport (with at least six months of validity), your insurance policy, the invitation letter, and an electronic itinerary for your round-trip flight.
2. Bring an ample supply of brochures, business cards, posters, and other promotional materials.
3. Mobile phone (with international roaming enabled), charger, power bank (3C-certified), and UK‑style plug adapter.
4. Bring your toiletries and necessary clothing, and pack some of your regular medications—such as gastrointestinal remedies, allergy pills, fever reducers, and pain relievers—for emergencies.
5. Please do not place computers, batteries, or power banks in your checked baggage.
Time difference
Dubai is 4 hours behind China; the time there is Beijing Time minus 4 hours.
Currency
The local currency is the UAE dirham (AED), with the fils as the subunit (1 dirham equals 100 fils). One dirham is approximately equivalent to RMB 1.90. Please avoid carrying large amounts of cash; the amount of RMB in cash should not exceed RMB 20,000, and the equivalent in foreign currency should not exceed USD 5,000.
Electricity
Dubai uses the same 220V, 50Hz electricity as China.
(For a standard UK plug, a three‑pronged flat‑blade plug with three rectangular prongs arranged in an isosceles triangle.)
Customs and traditions
1. The United Arab Emirates is a Muslim country with Islam as its predominant faith. Muslims consider the right hand to be auspicious; therefore, they use their right hand for shaking hands, eating, and handing objects, and they step in with their right foot when entering a home or a mosque.
2. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors (in compliance with UAE law), and smoking is banned throughout the duration of the exhibition.
3. In public, please observe proper etiquette, refrain from uncivilized behavior, and respect local religious and cultural customs.
