Pre-Exhibition Preparation and Set-Up/Teardown Management
01 Booth Layout and Construction
☑️ During exhibition setup, please adhere to the venue’s opening and closing hours; do not damage existing exhibit fixtures, display racks, or other structural elements; and refrain from dismantling booth structures or making any alterations to the booth itself or its associated facilities.
☑️ The affixing of wall panels or furniture is prohibited, as are the use of nails, buttons, adhesive tape, and other materials for labeling, drilling, or posting advertisements. Exhibitors must design their posters with hanging hooks (e.g., S-hooks) to avoid fines. 。
☑️ Fire hydrants, emergency exits, and electrical distribution panels in the exhibition hall must not be blocked; fire-fighting equipment must not be moved or repurposed.
☑️ Exhibition staff must comply with the instructions of the venue’s security personnel.
☑️ On the setup day, please do not bring poster tubes when transporting your posters to the exhibition hall.
☑️ All exhibitors are required to take good care of the exhibition hall’s electrical facilities and equipment and must not open or dismantle them without authorization.
☑️ Open flames, gasoline, and alcohol lamps containing volatile solvents are strictly prohibited in the exhibition hall. Smoking is also forbidden inside the venue.
02 Exhibit Transportation and Storage
📦 The use of lifting equipment and similar machinery for loading and unloading goods is prohibited. Vehicles must depart immediately after exhibits have been unloaded, and packaging materials may not be stored on racks.
📦 For storage of empty containers or return shipment of exhibits, please contact the freight forwarder. All exhibits and equipment must be removed in full upon conclusion of the exhibition.
📦 Selling your items during the exhibition is prohibited!
03 Request for Booth Removal
⚠️ During dismantling, exhibitors must thoroughly clean their booths. Construction materials, structural components, and large waste items must be removed by the exhibitors themselves to outside the exhibition hall or to designated containers. Tipping over support structures is strictly prohibited.

Entry and Documents
1. Upon entering Russia, customs will issue you an exit card (electronically printed by customs; simply sign it). You may keep it together with your passport and take a photo for your records. Please be sure to retain this card, as it will be required when checking into your hotel in Russia and upon your return home.
2. Valuable electronic devices such as camcorders and digital cameras must be declared in advance upon entry; otherwise, you may incur taxes and other complications.
3. Do not lock your checked baggage to avoid having it opened and inspected by customs.
Special reminder: Due to current international sanctions, Russia currently cannot accept international credit cards and only accepts rubles. Therefore, we recommend carrying some cash for emergencies. 。

Travel Advisory
1. Please bring your passport’s information page and visa page, your insurance policy, the booth confirmation letter (to be prepared by exhibitors), your exhibitor badge, and your round-trip flight itinerary.
2. Bring an ample supply of brochures, business cards, posters, and other promotional materials.
3. Mobile phone (with international roaming enabled), charger, power bank (3C-certified), and travel adapter.
4. Bring your toiletries and necessary clothing, and pack some of your regular medications—such as gastrointestinal remedies, allergy pills, fever reducers, and pain relievers—for emergencies.
5. Please do not place computers, batteries, or power banks in your checked baggage.
Chinese mobile numbers are subject to a 24-hour “cooling-off period” under Russia’s new telecommunications regulations, during which internet access and messaging are unavailable. It’s advisable to obtain a Russian SIM card in advance for smoother travel.
Russia is five hours behind China; the time difference is Beijing Time minus five hours.
Russia’s official currency is the Russian ruble (RUB). 1 Chinese yuan is approximately equivalent to 11.4 rubles, and 1 U.S. dollar is roughly 80.68 rubles (these rates are for reference only; the actual exchange rate in effect on the day of your transaction shall prevail). Please avoid carrying large amounts of cash—cash in Chinese yuan should not exceed RMB 20,000, and foreign currency cash should be equivalent to no more than USD 5,000.
In December, Russia’s temperatures typically range from -9°C to -4°C, with average daytime highs around -9°C. It’s advisable to wear heavy, warm clothing such as padded coats, winter overcoats, leather jackets, thick woolen coats, felt hats, gloves, down jackets, and fur coats. For business events or more formal meetings and receptions, be sure to bring formal attire.
Russia uses the same 220V, 50Hz electricity as China.
Please refrain from smoking, spitting, or speaking loudly in public. When queuing, do not cut in line or push and shove, and please do not litter or spit chewing gum on the ground. Temples, churches, palaces, and upscale entertainment venues are recognized as formal settings; when entering, attire should be smart and neat, with no bare chests or exposed backs, and no sandals, shorts, miniskirts, sleeveless tops, or other inappropriate clothing. Do not take photos of strangers without their permission, and please respect any signs at attractions that prohibit photography or videography.
