Booth Design and Construction

• Standard booths are equipped with a European‑style two‑hole power strip (3 outlets), with a total power capacity of 500 W. Please bring your own adapter plug.

• If you require demonstration equipment or plan to use high‑power appliances such as electric kettles or coffee makers, please be sure to reserve additional power in advance to prevent overloading and tripping the circuit breaker.

• Posters must be affixed using seamless cloth-backed double-sided tape or S-hooks; the use of ordinary adhesive tape, sponge tape, or other materials that may cause staining or damage is strictly prohibited.

• Drilling, nailing, welding, or using adhesives, paints, and other materials inside the booth is strictly prohibited; any damage may result in substantial compensation.

• Only the company logo may be displayed on the front of the information desk; no product promotional materials are permitted.

Exhibit Transportation and Storage

📦️ If you are transporting exhibits yourself, please familiarize yourself with the airline’s baggage check-in regulations in advance; any excess‑weight fees will be your responsibility.

📦️ If you are using a shipping company, please ensure that the exhibits are delivered directly to your booth; the organizer will not accept them on your behalf.

📦️ For the return of exhibits or the storage of empty containers, please contact the original freight forwarder for assistance.

Exhibition Setup and Dismantling Requirements

⚠ During setup and dismantling, operations are permitted 24 hours a day without the need for a venue access pass.

⚠ Upon dismantling, all booths must be thoroughly cleaned, including posters, decorations, exhibits, and waste, to restore the space to its original condition.

⚠ Any residual offset printing or damage to facilities will incur substantial compensation.

⚠ During the exhibition and on the final day, early departure or dismantling of exhibits is prohibited; violations will affect future eligibility to participate.

Waste disposal

🔹 Please sort your waste and dispose of it at the designated collection points.

🔹 Hazardous waste (such as batteries, used oil, etc.) must be disposed of at designated recycling stations; small quantities are accepted free of charge.
