To ensure the smooth running of your exhibition participation and travel, we have compiled below some relevant information for your reference and preparation.

Exhibition setup time
October 21, 14:00–20:00 (All exhibitors)
• Booth Setup & Exhibit Arrangement (Placement of exhibits, display fixtures, AV equipment, and booth backdrop; as well as booth cleaning) Must be on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, in the afternoon. Before 8:00 PM Complete 。 Failure to complete by the aforementioned deadline will result in substantial overtime charges.

Please note: Throughout the duration of the exhibition—during set-up, display, and dismantling—please take care to safeguard your company’s exhibits and personal belongings. The organizer shall not be held liable for any loss or theft of exhibits or personal items.
I. Intellectual Property Protection
• For exhibits involving trademarks, patents, copyrights, or quality certifications, exhibitors must obtain valid certificates of rights or usage‑license agreements; the organizer strongly… Exhibitors are required not to display samples with unclear intellectual property rights. Should any intellectual property disputes arise on-site, the organizer reserves the right to require exhibitors to remove exhibits subject to such disputes. For companies that continue to violate these rules, the organizer may seal off their exhibition booths.
II. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Guidelines
• During the setup and dismantling phases, exhibitors and contractors are responsible for ensuring the health and safety of on-site personnel; personal protective equipment (PPE) must meet at least the minimum requirements. Low standards to prevent harm. Mandatory requirements: All exhibitors must provide safety protective clothing that meets minimum standards, including safety shoes with toe protection and high‑visibility safety vests. In addition, standard requirements include hard hats, safety goggles, and hearing protection.
III. Resale of exhibition booths is strictly prohibited.
As the exhibition organizer, we place great emphasis on the management of booth usage and strictly prohibit reselling or unauthorized booth sharing. Any violation will result in adverse consequences, including disqualification from applying to participate in all Informa‑hosted exhibitions going forward.
IV. During the setup period: October 20–21, 2025
• During the setup period, please keep your empty containers and waste on your own booth; do not place them in the aisles, nor on other booths. Once the exhibition setup is complete… Afterward, please dispose of empty crates and waste in the designated trash bins located outside the exhibition hall’s entrances and exits. Exhibition venue staff will conduct regular patrols; violators will face substantial fines. Please take this seriously.
• Fire access routes and fire hydrants must remain unobstructed. Paints or thinners shall not be stored next to electrical distribution boxes. Empty crates/boxes, document storage containers, construction and decorative materials, and any flammable substances must be removed from the exhibition hall and may not be stacked behind booths.
V. Event Duration: October 22–24, 2025
• Please dispose of waste promptly during the exhibition to keep your booth and passageways clean. After closing each day, kindly empty all booth trash and discarded materials into the designated bins within the exhibition hall. Inside the trash bin outside the import/export door;
VI. Exhibition Dismantling Period: October 24, 2025
• Please note: Exhibitors may not leave the exhibition premises early during the first two days (before 5:00 p.m. each day) or on the final day (before 4:30 p.m.). or disassemble/ Packaging exhibits; violators will be subject to fines.
VII. Safety Matters
1. Exhibitors are prohibited from standing on chairs, tables, or any other rented exhibition equipment. All such equipment is not designed to support human weight. Pro Expo shall not be liable for any damages arising from non-compliance… We shall not be liable for any injuries, falls, or other incidents arising from the use of exhibition equipment.
2. All individuals entering the exhibition hall must… Safety protective clothing must be worn, including rubber-soled shoes and safety vests, among others. , otherwise entry to the exhibition hall will be prohibited.
• Please take care to safeguard your company’s exhibits and personal belongings at all times. Do not store valuables or exhibits inside your booth, such as on the information desk or in glass display cases. If it occurs The organizer shall not be liable for the theft of exhibits or personal belongings.
VIII. Special Reminders
1. At no time may individuals under the age of 16 enter the exhibition venue, including during setup, the exhibition period, and dismantling. 。
2. Food is strictly prohibited from being brought into the exhibition hall.
1. When entering or leaving Kenya, apply at least 10 days in advance. Get vaccinated against yellow fever. and carry it with you “The Yellow Book.”
2. The total amount of cash carried by an individual may not exceed USD 5,000 in accordance with the law; the combined weight of high‑proof alcoholic beverages carried on one’s person or checked as baggage must not exceed 1 kilogram (equivalent to 1,000 milliliters), and the total volume of low‑proof alcoholic beverages must not exceed 2 liters; the total volume of liquid cosmetics such as perfume must not exceed 1 liter, with perfume limited to no more than 250 milliliters; tobacco products (including cigarettes, cigars, etc.) must not exceed a total weight of 250 grams. Any quantities exceeding these limits must be declared to and taxed by Kenyan Customs.
In August 2017, Kenya implemented a “plastic ban,” strictly prohibiting the use, manufacture, and import of both commercial and household plastic carrier bags and flat‑bottomed plastic bags within its territory. Chinese citizens are required to comply with this regulation: they must not bring prohibited plastic bags into the country, nor use them when shopping, traveling, or disposing of household waste. This legislation is regarded as one of the strictest plastic bans in the world; violators may face up to four years’ imprisonment or a fine of up to 4 million Kenyan shillings (approximately US$38,000 or RMB 260,000).
1. Be sure to bring your original passport (with at least six months of validity), your ETA electronic authorization, your insurance policy, the invitation letter, and your round-trip flight itinerary.
2. Bring an ample supply of brochures, posters, and other materials.
3. Mobile phone (with international roaming enabled), charger, power bank (3C-certified), and travel adapter.
Note: According to regulations issued by the Civil Aviation Administration of China, effective June 28, 2025, passengers are prohibited from carrying power banks without a 3C mark, with unclear markings, or that have been recalled on domestic flights. Such items must bear clear 3C certification.
4. Bring your toiletries and necessary clothing, and pack some of your regular medications—such as gastrointestinal remedies, allergy pills, fever reducers, pain relievers, and insect repellent—in case of emergencies.

The local currency is the Kenyan shilling (KES). One U.S. dollar is approximately 130 KES, and one Chinese yuan is roughly 18 KES (subject to the prevailing exchange rate). U.S. dollars, euros, British pounds, and other major currencies can be exchanged for the local currency. Exchange services are available in major business districts, hotels, and large supermarkets. You can also exchange money at banks, though a handling fee will apply.
In Nairobi, October temperatures typically range from 18°C to 28°C. Daytime highs are relatively warm, so it’s advisable to wear light, breathable clothing such as cotton or linen shirts, lightweight long skirts, and thin T-shirts. For business events or more formal meetings and receptions, be sure to bring smart attire.
Kenya’s standard mains supply is 220/240 V at 50 Hz, and all outlets use the British-style three-pin plug.
The Kenyan people are warm and friendly; they love helping tourists and will even walk long distances to show you the way. In Kenya, avoid discussing skin color—locals prefer not to describe themselves as “black-skinned” but rather as “brown.” In Kenya, the number 7, as well as any number ending in 7, is considered unlucky.
