Exhibition Schedule
Exhibition setup time
• Booth Setup & Exhibit Arrangement (Installation of exhibits, display fixtures, AV equipment, and booth backdrop; as well as booth cleaning) to be completed by 8:00 PM on Sunday, October 26, 2025.
• Failure to complete by the aforementioned deadline will result in substantial overtime charges—SAR 5,000 per hour.
• Please prioritize your personal safety and remain clear of temporary exhibition structures, scaffolding, shelving, and other equipment or display fixtures that could pose a risk of falling or slipping during installation, to prevent injury or loss of life.
Exhibition Duration
Before 6:00 PM on October 30, 2025, Strictly prohibited Exhibitors and booth contractors shall dismantle their exhibits and booth structures. The organizer shall, prior to this, arrange for the packing of exhibits and the dismantling of booths. Penalties shall be imposed for the act of unloading.
Exhibition closing time
• Exhibitors are responsible for removing all booth materials, carpet tape, packaging, and waste. The venue will charge a cleanup fee for any items left behind.
• The organizer and the venue shall not be liable for any items left in the exhibition hall overnight or after the designated closing time (00:00 on October 30, 2025).
• For all instances where the time limits specified above are exceeded, applicable handling fees will be charged.
PART.03
Entry Requirements
1. Saudi Arabia is a traditionally Islamic country, All food products in Saudi Arabia must be halal. Chinese chocolate, candies, and other oil‑based foods must also be assessed for halal compliance and handled with care. The import or carriage of non‑halal foods, such as pork and alcoholic beverages, is prohibited. Other prohibited items also include unauthorized publications, audiovisual materials (such as CDs and portable hard drives) and printed materials containing explicit or pornographic content, weapons, fireworks, electronic cigarettes, and devices—such as watches, pens, eyeglasses, and model aircraft—that are equipped with hidden cameras.
2. When entering the country, you must declare to Saudi Customs if you are carrying cash exceeding USD 20,000 (or equivalent financial instruments or foreign currency), goods valued over USD 800 (including gifts and personal items), more than 200 cigarettes or 500 grams of tobacco products, as well as restricted items such as drones and pharmaceuticals that require approval from the relevant authorities.
3. Saudi Arabia imposes the death penalty for possession or trafficking of narcotics. If you plan to bring traditional Chinese medicines or larger quantities of personal medications into the country, it is advisable to present a doctor’s prescription.
4. Please be sure to bring your passport with a valid visa and your airline ticket. All guests holding a newly issued passport are required to bring their old passport along. , for inspection by border customs authorities.

Exhibition Guidelines and Important Notes
I. Intellectual Property Protection
Exhibitors must ensure that their exhibits, exhibit packaging, promotional materials, and any display elements of the exhibition booth do not, in any respect, infringe upon or violate the rights of others. With respect to all intellectual property rights—including, but not limited to, registered or unregistered trademarks, copyrights, industrial designs, trade names, and patents—exhibiting entities must hold valid certificates of ownership or licensing agreements. The organizer strongly urges exhibitors not to display samples whose intellectual property status is unclear. Should an intellectual property dispute arise on-site, the organizer reserves the right to require the exhibitor to remove any exhibits subject to such disputes.
Please note that Saudi law imposes strict requirements for the lawful use of registered trademarks. Using a registered trademark or logo without the prior authorization of the trademark owner, or displaying exhibits that infringe upon such trademark rights, constitutes a serious violation and may result in the confiscation of the exhibition booth on-site.
II. The resale of exhibition booths is strictly prohibited.
As the exhibition organizer, we place great emphasis on the management of booth usage and strictly prohibit reselling or unauthorized booth sharing. Any violation will result in adverse consequences for all future applications to attend Informa‑hosted exhibitions.
III. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Guidelines
During the setup and dismantling phases, exhibitors and booth contractors are responsible for ensuring the health and safety of on-site personnel; personal protective equipment (PPE) must meet at least the minimum requirements. Standards to prevent injuries. Mandatory requirement: All exhibitors and contractors must provide safety protective gear that meets minimum standards, including safety shoes (capable of protecting… (toe protection), high-visibility safety vests. In addition, standard requirements also include: hard hats, safety goggles, and hearing protection.
IV. During the construction period: October 26, 2025
1) During the setup period, please temporarily store your empty containers and waste within your own booth. Do not place them in the aisles or near emergency exits, and under no circumstances should they be left at other booths. Upon completion of the exhibition setup, please deposit empty crates and waste materials in the designated trash bins located outside the exhibition hall’s entrances and exits.
Exhibition venue staff will conduct regular patrols, and violators will face substantial fines. Please take this seriously.
2) The only authorized exhibitor access provider: DSV Fairs & Events LLC, responsible for on-site item handling and courier delivery services at the exhibition venue.

Please note: Neither the exhibition hall nor the organizer provides a proxy signature service for items. All shipped items must be delivered within the designated time frame. and please ensure that your booth has staff members to sign for the goods.
V. Duration: October 27–30, 2025
Please note: During the first two days of the exhibition (before 7:00 p.m. each day) and on the final day (before 6:00 p.m.), exhibitors may not leave the venue early or dismantle/pack up their exhibits. Exhibits; violators will be subject to fines.
1) Please dispose of waste promptly during the event to keep your booth and passageways tidy. After closing each day, kindly empty all booth trash and discarded materials into the designated bins at the exhibition hall entrances and exits. Inside the trash bin outside the entrance.
2) During the event, no goods or packaging boxes shall be brought into the exhibition hall.
3) During the event, electric kettles are strictly prohibited in standard exhibition booths. If a power outage affecting the entire exhibition area is caused by boiling water, the exhibitor shall bear full responsibility and pay any applicable fines.
VI. Exhibition Dismantling Period: October 30 – November 1, 2025
Please note: On the exhibition’s final day, exhibitors may not depart early or dismantle/package their exhibits before 6:00 p.m.; violators will be subject to a fine.
1) After the exhibition concludes, you may leave general household waste and ordinary refuse at your booth. However, for special types of waste and materials—such as oversized or overweight items—you must submit a prior request to the venue’s waste‑removal department for collection services.
2) During the dismantling period, please take good care of your company’s exhibits and personal belongings. The organizer shall not be liable for any loss or theft of exhibits or personal items occurring during this time.
7. Material Transportation and Entry into the Venue
Upon arrival at the venue, all materials must be entrusted to DSV Fairs & Events LLC., the official exhibition freight forwarder, and the corresponding fees must be paid. For further details, please contact DSV Fairs & Events LLC.

Exhibitors may carry items into the exhibition hall by hand, but are prohibited from using rental carts, flatbed trucks, or any mechanical equipment to transport goods into the venue. DSV Fairs & Events LLC., the official freight carrier for the exhibition, will exercise full control over access to and from the loading/unloading areas to ensure safety and order at the set-up and tear-down sites.
8. Safety Matters
Special Note: Throughout the duration of the exhibition—covering set-up, display, and dismantling—please take care to safeguard your company’s exhibits and personal belongings. The organizer shall not be liable for any loss or theft of exhibits or personal items.
1) Please prioritize your personal safety and stay away from specially constructed exhibition booths, scaffolding, shelving, and other equipment or display fixtures that could pose a risk of falling objects, to prevent injury or loss of life.
2) All individuals entering the exhibition hall must wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including rubber-soled shoes and safety vests; otherwise, they will be denied entry.
3) Fire access routes and fire hydrants must remain unobstructed. Paints or thinners shall not be stored next to electrical distribution boxes. Empty crates/boxes, document storage bins, construction and decoration materials, and any flammable substances must be removed from the exhibition hall and may not be stacked behind booths.
9. Individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to enter the exhibition hall.
10. Food is strictly prohibited from being brought into the exhibition hall.

Travel Advisory
Items to Bring
1. Be sure to bring your passport’s information page and visa page, your insurance policy, and your round-trip flight itinerary.
2. Bring an ample supply of brochures, posters, and other materials.
3. Mobile phone (with international roaming enabled), charger, power bank, and travel adapter.
4. Bring your toiletries and necessary clothing, and pack some of your regular medications—such as gastrointestinal remedies, allergy pills, fever reducers, and pain relievers—for emergencies.
5. Please do not place computers, batteries, or power banks in your checked baggage.
Time difference
Saudi Arabia is 5 hours behind China; the time there is Beijing Time minus 5 hours.
Currency
The official currency of Saudi Arabia is the Saudi riyal (SAR), with an exchange rate of approximately 1 SAR = 1.9 RMB. Please avoid carrying large amounts of cash; the equivalent value of foreign currency in cash should not exceed USD 20,000. It is recommended to bring a chip-enabled VISA or Mastercard; UnionPay cards are also accepted at some shopping malls.
Weather
In October, temperatures in Saudi Arabia typically range from 21°C to 35°C, with average daytime highs around 35°C. It is advisable to wear light, breathable clothing made of cotton or similar materials. For business meetings or more formal visits, be sure to bring smart‑casual attire. Saudi Arabia has a tropical desert climate—dry with little rainfall, intense sunlight, hot summers, and mild winters. When visiting, drink plenty of water to prevent dehydration, and take precautions against heat and sun exposure.
Electricity
Saudi Arabia’s voltage is 110V/220V, 60Hz, and its electrical outlets use three rectangular prongs arranged in a triangular pattern.
Customs and traditions
Female tourists in Saudi Arabia are required to wear long-sleeved, full-length clothing when going out. Eating pork is prohibited, smoking is forbidden, drinking alcohol is not allowed, gambling is banned, and all forms of idol worship are strictly forbidden. As devout Muslims, they eschew extravagance and luxury; therefore, silk and satin are not permitted, and men are not allowed to wear ornaments.
