Friendly Reminder
No passes are required during the setup and dismantling phases, and contractors are permitted to work overnight.
Please dispose of exhibit items and packaging waste properly; do not leave them on your booth or in the aisles, as this may result in substantial fines. We recommend using recyclable materials for booth construction and sorting waste according to local regulations.
If you entrust a transportation company with the shipment of your exhibits, be sure to instruct it to deliver them directly to your booth. The organizer assumes no responsibility for receiving, signing for, or temporarily storing the exhibits.
To ensure the overall success of the exhibition, all exhibitors must strictly adhere to the exhibition schedule and may not dismantle their booths ahead of time, including on the final day. Any violations will affect the review of their eligibility for future participation.
Items to Bring
To ensure a smooth entry process at German border control, please carry the following documents with you for inspection: your booth confirmation, proof of payment, hotel reservation, overseas travel insurance policy, and your e-ticket itinerary.
Friendly Reminder
To ensure flight safety, portable power banks must be carried on board and may not be checked in. Please travel with a power bank that meets 3C safety certification and has an energy rating of 100 Wh or less.
It is recommended to carry common medications such as cold remedies, gastrointestinal drugs, and adhesive bandages. Although it is relatively easy to purchase medicines locally, language barriers may arise when describing your symptoms.
Traffic conditions
You can reach the Düsseldorf Exhibition Centre by the following public transport options. Please note that, in accordance with Germany’s latest transport policy, starting from January 2022, exhibitor badges no longer include free public‑transport travel; separate tickets must be purchased.
Bus Route 722
Shuttles run between the city center and the Düsseldorf Exhibition Center, providing access to the East Entrance, the Administration Building, and the South Entrance.
Bus Route 896
Shuttles run between the airport and the Düsseldorf Exhibition Center, providing access to the East Entrance, the Administration Building, and the North Entrance.
Train No. U78
Operating between Düsseldorf Hbf (Bstg 1) and Esprit arena/Messe Nord, with trains departing every 10 minutes; the last train leaves Düsseldorf Hbf (Bstg 1) at 21:38 and arrives at Esprit arena/Messe Nord at 21:57.
Train No. U79
It runs between the central train station and the Düsseldorf exhibition center. You can take the U79 line between Düsseldorf Hauptbahnhof and Messe Ost/Stockumer Kirchstrasse, or transfer at Freiligrathplatz, platform 3/4.
Free shuttle bus: Bus Route 897
During the exhibition’s operating hours, a free shuttle bus will run between Parking Lots P1 and P2 and all open entry points.
Taxi
During the exhibition, exhibitors may take a taxi and alight directly at the entrance of their respective pavilion before 10:00 a.m. daily. After 10:00 a.m., exhibitors may disembark at the designated taxi drop-off areas located at each pavilion entrance in Düsseldorf, as well as in front of the administrative building. Taxis are not permitted to enter the exhibition halls for pick-up or drop-off.

Booth Tips
Please take care to safeguard your personal valuables, including laptops, monitors, wallets, and important identification documents. Be vigilant against unauthorized access to your booth by strangers, and remain especially alert to the heightened risk of theft during the early days of the exhibition.
After the daily exhibition concludes, please promptly store exhibits, product catalogs, and any loose items in a secure area to prevent property damage and copyright infringement.
In overseas social settings, be sure to maintain appropriate personal space. When meeting someone for the first time, a handshake is sufficient; avoid physical contact such as patting the other person’s shoulder or arm. During conversation, maintain natural eye contact. Never point directly at people or objects with your finger; instead, use your entire palm to gesture, which conveys greater respect.
You can create a warm and engaging booth atmosphere by hosting interactive contests, offering attractive giveaways, or running limited-time promotions; additionally, providing snacks and beverages to attendees will enhance their overall exhibition experience.
Other Reminders
In mid-to-late September, Germany experiences changeable weather with frequent rainfall and a significant diurnal temperature range (roughly 5°C to 22°C). It’s advisable to dress in layers for easy adjustment, stay warm, and take precautions against catching a cold.
