The Indonesia International Emergency Disaster Reduction & Rescue Expo will be held on… August 13–15, 2025 Held at the Jakarta International Expo Center, the expo aims to deepen cooperation and exchanges among countries along the Belt and Road, Pacific Rim Blue Partner nations, and relevant international organizations, thereby jointly advancing innovation in the field of emergency response technologies.

Exhibition Schedule

Exhibition setup time

• On the setup day, some booths within the exhibition hall are still under construction; exhibitors must exercise caution when entering the venue.

• During the exhibition setup, It is strictly prohibited to dismantle exhibition equipment at will; do not damage the equipment or leave any permanent stains. , Please ensure the proper safekeeping of all exhibition fixtures within your booth until dismantling, at which time the contractor will collect them in accordance with the inventory. In the event of any damage or loss, the exhibiting party shall compensate for the full replacement value.

• To ensure safety, please do not step on tables or chairs to avoid potential hazards.

• It is strictly prohibited to affix anything to the light box;

• Without the written consent of the organizer, no one is permitted to modify the exhibition booth, particularly its electrical circuits and other structural components.

The use of high-power electrical appliances is strictly prohibited. , If this results in power outages, fires, or other incidents, all resulting consequences shall be the responsibility of the exhibitor concerned;

• If the spotlights or electrical appliances inside your booth malfunction, do not attempt to repair them yourself. Remain calm—we will address the issue as soon as possible.

• All booth setup must be carried out exclusively within the designated booth space; no use of the exhibition hall’s structural elements or occupation of common areas (e.g., corridors) is permitted.

Exhibition Duration

• During the exhibition, please keep valuables and documents on your person; they must not be stored in storage rooms or at your booth. Any resulting consequences shall be the responsibility of the exhibitor concerned.

• During the exhibition, exhibitors shall cooperate with one another and maintain close communication. They must not poach customers or undermine each other, nor may they sell products unrelated to the exhibition on-site.

Exhibition closing time

• No rented items may be removed upon exhibition closure.

• All booths must be equipped with exhibition fixtures and display walls, and any rented equipment must be kept in good condition, clean, and undamaged; otherwise, compensation will be imposed in accordance with the organizer’s regulations.

• Upon dismantling, please ensure all exhibit items are removed and the booth is restored to its original condition prior to setup, minimizing any waste disposal fees.

• Friendly Reminder: After the exhibition concludes, any unclaimed items left behind in the venue will be treated as abandoned property by the organizer.

Exhibition Guidelines and Important Notes


1. Intellectual Property:  

All participating entities must strengthen the protection of intellectual property and prevent infringement of patents and trademarks. They should neither infringe upon the exclusive rights to others’ patents and trademarks nor fail to safeguard their own patent and trademark rights, ensuring that such rights are not infringed by others.

2. Visitors must dress appropriately to enter the exhibition hall; shorts, sandals, and slippers are not permitted.  

3. Exhibition staff must comply with the instructions of the venue’s security personnel. Smoking is prohibited throughout the exhibition hall during both the setup and exhibition periods; violators will be subject to fines.

4. Pickpockets are frequently active at exhibitions and can be difficult to avoid, especially on setup days and the final day of the event. The exhibition hall hosts a diverse mix of visitors, so please keep a close eye on your bags, laptops, and other personal belongings. Do not bring your airline tickets or passport into the venue, and always take your items with you when you leave your booth. In the event of theft or loss, you will be solely responsible.

5. Admission is not permitted for youths and children under the age of 16.

Entry Requirements


1. In accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia and Ministerial Decree No. M.HH-02.GR.01.04 of 2024 issued by the Minister of Law and Human Rights, overseas exhibitors are required to obtain a business visa (visa type: C11).

2. Entry requirements for Indonesia: passport, electronic visa page, electronic itinerary, and insurance policy. Exhibitors are advised to use the self-service immigration channel to avoid being asked for unofficial tips by customs officials under various pretexts.

Fill out the baggage customs declaration form. You can complete it 1–3 days before departure and save the QR code, or scan it at the airport to fill it out on the spot.

3. Exhibitor 48 hours before departure Complete the electronic customs declaration form. Once finished, a QR code will be generated—save it on your phone, and carry the paper copy with you for inspection. Scan the QR code upon arrival.

Travel Advisory


1. Please bring your original passport (with at least six months of validity), the electronic visa page, the invitation letter, your insurance policy, and your round-trip flight itinerary.

2. Bring an ample supply of brochures, posters, and other materials.

3. Mobile phone (with international roaming enabled), charger, power bank (3C-certified), and a travel adapter.

4. Bring your toiletries and necessary clothing, and pack some of your regular medications—such as gastrointestinal remedies, allergy pills, fever reducers, and pain relievers—for emergencies.

5. Please do not place computers, batteries, or power banks (with 3C certification) in your checked baggage.

6. Time Difference: Indonesia is one hour behind China; the time in Indonesia is Beijing Time minus one hour.

7. Weather Conditions and Dress Recommendations: In August, Indonesia’s temperatures typically range from 22°C to 31°C, with average daytime highs around 31°C. It’s advisable to wear lightweight, breathable clothing such as short-sleeved shirts, shorts, light skirts, and thin shorts. Additionally, since August in Indonesia often sees brief showers or thunderstorms, it’s recommended to carry rain gear for unexpected weather changes.

8. Electricity: Indonesia’s voltage is 220V, and its outlets conform to the European standard. Our company will carefully provide you with a universal adapter.

9. Currency: Indonesia’s official currency is the Indonesian rupiah (IDR), also known as the Indonesian dollar. The exchange rate between the U.S. dollar and the Indonesian rupiah is approximately 1 USD to 86.4470 IDR (please refer to the current exchange rate). U.S. dollars can be exchanged at international airports, hotels, and other authorized locations. The exchange rate from the Indonesian rupiah to the Chinese yuan is roughly 1 IDR to 2,278 CNY (you can exchange yuan with your tour guide; however, the yuan is not widely accepted locally). U.S. dollars are commonly used throughout Indonesia.
