Exhibition Schedule

Exhibition setup time

It is recommended that exhibitors at standard booths arrive at the exhibition hall for setup on Monday, August 18, 2025.

➤All booth construction work must be completed by Before 7:00 PM on Monday, August 18, 2025 Completion includes removing all construction materials from the exhibition hall and the loading/unloading area; any delays will incur a penalty.

➤Booth setup and exhibit arrangement must be completed by Before 7:00 PM on Monday, August 18, 2025 Completed; failure to meet the deadline will incur a penalty.

➤ During the exhibition setup period, please take care to safeguard your company’s exhibits and personal belongings. The organizer shall not be liable for any loss or theft of exhibits or personal items.

➤ Please prioritize your personal safety and stay away from specially constructed exhibition booths, scaffolding, shelving, and other equipment or furniture that could pose a risk of falling objects, to prevent injuries or fatalities.

Please note: All individuals entering the exhibition hall must wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including safety helmets, rubber-soled shoes, and safety vests. Failure to comply will result in denial of access to the exhibition hall and all on-site unloading areas.

Special Note: During the event, no construction personnel shall enter the exhibition hall.

● During the exhibition, electric kettles are strictly prohibited in standard booths. If a power outage affecting the entire exhibition area occurs due to boiling water, the exhibitor shall bear all resulting costs and liabilities. and a fine.

● Please dispose of waste promptly during the exhibition to keep your booth and passageways tidy. After closing each day, kindly empty your booth and deposit all trash and waste in the designated collection area. Inside the trash bin outside the museum’s entrance and exit.

Exhibition closing time

Before 7:30 PM on August 21, 2025 Strictly prohibited Exhibitors and booth contractors at specially configured booths are required to dismantle their exhibition structures. The organizer will impose penalties on any dismantling activities conducted before 7:30 p.m. The organizer and the exhibition venue shall not be liable for any items left in the exhibition hall after hours or beyond the stipulated closing time.

➤ Exhibits and personal belongings must be removed from the booth by 7:30 p.m. on August 21, 2025.

➤ Exhibitors are advised to leave at least one person on-site to guard their booth during the dismantling period. If any exhibits are to be handed over, please ensure that you do not leave the booth until the handover has been completed. The organizer shall not be held liable for any loss of exhibits occurring during this time.

➤ The organizer and the exhibition venue shall not be liable for any items left in the exhibition hall overnight or beyond the designated closing time. Any instances of exceeding the time limits specified above shall be subject to a fine and associated handling fees.

Exhibition Guidelines and Important Information

I. Badge Collection

Exhibitor badges were registered on the Expo Med Online Customer Service Center’s Exhibitor Portal by July 18, 2025 (including those hired on-site). Staff members, please bring your business card and a valid form of identification (such as a passport) to the Registration Area in Hall B. Collect your name badge;

If you have not registered by July 18, 2025, or if additional exhibitor badges are required on-site, please bring the applicant’s business card and valid identification. Please bring your identification (such as a passport) to the on-site registration area in Hall B to complete registration and collect your badge.

Please note: Ensure that your name badge is used by you personally and do not transfer it to others. If such a violation is discovered, the organizer reserves the right to confiscate the badge and will not provide a replacement.

II. Property Rights Protection

Exhibitors must ensure that their exhibits, exhibit packaging, promotional materials, and any display elements of their exhibition booths do not, in any respect, infringe upon or violate the rights of others. With respect to all intellectual property rights—including, but not limited to, registered or unregistered trademarks, copyrights, industrial designs, trade names, and patents—exhibiting entities must hold valid certificates of ownership or appropriate licenses. The organizer strongly advises exhibitors against displaying samples whose intellectual property status is unclear. Should an intellectual property dispute arise on-site, the organizer reserves the right to require the exhibitor to remove any exhibits subject to such disputes.

Please note that Mexican law imposes strict requirements for the lawful use of registered trademarks. Using a registered trademark or logo without the prior authorization of the trademark owner, or displaying exhibits that infringe upon such trademarks, constitutes a serious violation and may result in the confiscation of the exhibit booth at the trade show.

III. Resale of exhibition booths is strictly prohibited.

As the exhibition organizer, reselling or privately combining booths is strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in adverse consequences for all future applications to Informa‑hosted exhibitions.

IV. Security of Exhibits and Personal Belongings

Throughout the duration of the exhibition—during setup, display, and dismantling—please take care to safeguard your company’s exhibits and personal belongings. The organizer shall not be liable for any loss or theft of exhibits or personal items.

➤The shelf installation is a temporary procedure; until it is securely fastened, there is a risk of slippage. Please maintain a safe distance throughout the installation process to ensure personal safety.

➤ Children under 18 are not permitted to enter the exhibition hall.

Entry Requirements

1. Exhibitors are advised to carry their personal passport, visa, hotel reservation confirmation, flight itinerary, invitation letter, booth booking contract, and other relevant documents. 2. Exhibitors are advised to take note of the checked‑baggage weight limits applicable in economy class; any excess baggage will incur additional charges. Specific size and weight requirements are subject to the airline’s official guidelines. For personal valuables, please complete the “People’s Republic of China Customs Declaration Form for Baggage of Outbound Travelers” before entering customs upon arrival at the airport. Items valued at RMB 5,000 or more—such as cameras, camcorders, laptops, iPhones, and other luxury goods—must be declared.

3. In light of the relevant regulations and requirements of Chinese Customs regarding entry inspections, items such as cash exceeding RMB 20,000 (or foreign currency cash equivalent to USD 5,000), goods, samples, and advertising materials, narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, cultural relics, endangered animals and plants and their products, biological species resources, and precious metals such as gold and silver must all be declared to Customs.

Travel Advisory

1. Bring your personal passport, visa, hotel reservation, flight itinerary, and invitation letter.

2. Bring an ample supply of brochures, posters, and other materials.

3. Mobile phone (with international roaming enabled), charger, power bank, and travel adapter.

4. Bring your toiletries and necessary clothing, and pack some of your regular medications—such as gastrointestinal remedies, allergy pills, fever reducers, and pain relievers—for emergencies.

5. Please do not place computers, batteries, or 3C-certified power banks in your checked baggage.

6. Mexico is 14 hours behind China; the time there is Beijing Time minus 14 hours.

7. In terms of currency, the local unit in Mexico is the peso. Common coin denominations include 20 and 50 centavos, as well as 1, 2, 5, and 10 pesos, while banknotes are available in 20, 50, 100, 200, and 500-peso denominations.

8. In August, Mexico’s temperatures typically range from 19°C to 30°C, with an average daily low of around 20°C and an average daily high of about 31°C. It’s recommended to wear light, breathable clothing such as cotton or linen shirts, lightweight long skirts, and thin T-shirts. Given the significant temperature differences between morning and evening, it’s advisable to bring a light jacket to stay comfortable during cooler mornings and nights. For business events or more formal meetings and visits, please prepare smart‑casual attire.

9. The standard voltage in Mexico is 127V, with a frequency of 60Hz.

Mexico uses Type A and Type B power plugs. Type A plugs have two flat, parallel pins and are non‑grounded, while Type B plugs have two flat, parallel pins and a grounding pin.

10. Mexico is a country with a rich cultural heritage and unique traditions, whose customs and taboos reflect its history, religion—primarily Catholicism—and social values.

➤ Avoid discussing sensitive topics such as the Mexico–U.S. border and drug-related crime, as these may touch on local social sensitivities and easily cause discomfort. Avoid making excessive comments about others’ appearance, physique, or personal life, and refrain from prying into private details such as income or age.

➤ Gesture-related aspects

Do not point directly at others with your finger (as it is considered impolite), nor make the “OK” gesture (with your thumb and index finger forming a circle and the other fingers extended), as in Mexico this gesture may be perceived as vulgar or offensive.

➤ Gifts and Color Taboos

When giving gifts, avoid using black or purple packaging (black symbolizes mourning, and purple is associated with mourning in religious contexts). Yellow flowers are often associated with death and mourning in Mexican culture and should be avoided as gifts.
