II. Exhibition Schedule
01. Exhibition Setup Time

● Please prioritize your personal safety and stay away from the custom‑built exhibition booth during installation. Ensure that equipment and display fixtures—such as platforms, scaffolding, and shelving—that could cause objects to fall or slide are properly secured to prevent injuries.
● Fire access routes and fire hydrants must not be obstructed. 。 Paint or thinners shall not be stored next to the distribution box. Empty boxes, material boxes, construction and decoration materials, as well as any… Flammable materials must be removed from the exhibition hall and may not be stored behind booths.
02. Exhibition Duration
Please note: To ensure the safety of personnel inside the exhibition hall, all booth power supplies must be switched on 30 minutes before the exhibition opens and turned off within 30 minutes after closing each day. Turn off the power to all booths and keep them de-energized. If you need to use electricity outside the designated hours, you must submit a request to the exhibition hall and pay the applicable fees prior to the event.
03. Dismantling Time

III. Exhibition Guidelines and Important Notes
01. Exhibitor Badge
All exhibitor badges (including those for on-site temporary staff) must be registered through the Online Exhibitor Manual’s exhibitor badge information form. A08 Exhibitor Badges) Online Application.
Upon successful registration for a name badge, applicants may present their business cards at the designated time during the exhibition setup period at the Exhibitor Registration Counter located in Hall 4. Collect your paper name badge.
Special Attention
1. The exhibitor badge is the sole credential for entering the exhibition hall and may not be transferred to others. Please ensure it remains worn at all times during the event, including both entry and exit. Your exhibitor badge is clearly visible.
2. Please ensure that your company has fully paid the booth fee, exhibit transportation fees (if applicable), and any other outstanding charges (if applicable). Any unpaid amounts will be collected on-site.
02. Notes on Rent Increases for Exhibition Equipment
1. Exhibitors who have arranged for additional space prior to the show must bring their order forms and payment receipts to verify delivery details. If the additional rent is not paid by the designated pre-exhibition date, it will be deemed a waiver of the rent increase. Please visit the venue to re- Newly ordered; fees are subject to the on-site additional rent quotation.
2. Due to the limited number of on-site workers, we cannot guarantee the furniture delivery schedule; regarding additional rental charges for furniture and… For basic furniture delivery, please visit the Info Hub service booth located in Hall 4.
3. Due to the limited number of furniture items available on-site and the high demand, please place your order as soon as possible if you have a need. Please note: During the exhibition period, electricity may be used 30 minutes before each day’s opening; after the exhibition closes, please ensure that all electrical equipment is switched off at least 30 minutes prior to departure. All electrically powered equipment must be switched off. Booth contractors are required to ensure that power is turned on or off on schedule each day of the exhibition.
03. Exhibition Participation Guidelines
1. Exhibitors are advised to carry their electronic immigration cards, personal passports, hotel reservation confirmations, airline tickets, invitation letters, and other relevant documents. 3. Intellectual Property Protection
Exhibitors must ensure that the exhibits, their packaging, and any promotional materials or display elements of the exhibition booth do not, in any respect, infringe upon or violate the rights of others. Intellectual Property. With respect to all intellectual property, including but not limited to registered and unregistered trademarks, copyrights, industrial designs, trade names, and patents, exhibitors must hold valid certificates of ownership or licensing agreements. The organizer strongly urges exhibitors not to display samples whose intellectual property rights are unclear. Should any intellectual property disputes arise on-site, the organizer reserves the right to require exhibitors to remove exhibits subject to such disputes. For companies that continue to exhibit in violation of these provisions, the organizer reserves the right to seal off their exhibition booths.
Please note that Malaysian law imposes strict requirements on the lawful use of registered trademarks; without the prior authorization of the trademark owner, the use of a registered trademark… Any use of trademarks or logos on the catalogue, or any display of exhibits that involves the aforementioned infringement of trademark rights, shall be deemed a serious violation of the law.
4. Resale of exhibition booths is strictly prohibited.
As the exhibition organizer, reselling or privately combining booths is strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in adverse consequences for all future applications to attend Informa‑hosted exhibitions.
5. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Guidelines
During the setup and dismantling phases, exhibitors and booth contractors are responsible for ensuring the health and safety of on-site personnel; personal protective equipment (PPE) must meet at least the minimum requirements. During the setup period, please temporarily store your empty containers and waste within your own booth. Exhibition venue staff will conduct regular patrols, and violators will face substantial fines. Please take this seriously.
7. During the event period (July 16–18, 2025)
Please note: During the first two days of the exhibition (before 6:00 p.m. each day) and on the final day (before 5:00 p.m.), exhibitors are not permitted to leave early or begin dismantling/packing up. Exhibits; violators will be subject to a fine.
• Please dispose of waste promptly during the event to keep your booth and passageways clean. After closing each day, kindly empty all booth trash and discarded materials into the designated collection bins at the exhibition hall entrances and exits. Inside the trash bin outside the entrance;
• During the event, no goods or packaging boxes shall be brought into the exhibition hall.
• Standard booth during the event period The use of electric kettles is strictly prohibited. If the entire exhibition area experiences a power outage due to boiling water, resulting in the inability to conduct normal exhibits, the exhibitor shall bear full responsibility and pay any applicable fines.
8. During the exhibition’s dismantling period (July 18, 2025)
Please note: On the exhibition’s final day, exhibitors may not depart early or dismantle/package their exhibits before 5:00 p.m. Violators will be subject to a fine.
• After the exhibition concludes, you may leave general household waste and ordinary refuse at your booth; however, for special types of waste and debris (such as oversized or overweight items), you are required to remove them. Apply to the front‑of‑hall waste‑removal department for collection services.
• During the dismantling period, please take care to safeguard your company’s exhibits and personal belongings. The organizer shall not be liable for any loss or theft of exhibits or personal items occurring during this time.
9. Material Transportation and Entry into the Venue
Exhibitors may carry items into the exhibition hall by hand, but the use of rental carts, flatbed trucks, or any mechanical equipment to transport goods into the venue is prohibited. IV. Travel Advisory
1. Be sure to bring your original passport, insurance policy, and the electronic itinerary for your flight.
2. Bring an ample supply of brochures, business cards, posters, and other promotional materials.

4. Bring common medications such as gastrointestinal remedies and cold medicines, as well as insect repellent, to cover any unforeseen needs. If you need to take specific medications long-term, it’s advisable to pack an adequate supply before you depart to maintain optimal health.
