III. Exhibition Guidelines and Important Notes
All exhibitor badges, including those for on-site temporary staff, must be requested in advance online through the Exhibitor Registration & Visa Invitation Request module of the Customer Center. WHX Miami 2025 will no longer issue paper badges; attendees will gain entry to the exhibition halls by scanning a QR code at the venue.
Please ensure that your company has fully paid the booth fee, exhibit transportation charges (if applicable), and any other outstanding fees (if applicable). Any unpaid amounts will be collected on-site.
1. Exhibitors requesting additional space prior to the show must bring their order forms and payment receipts for verification of delivery arrangements.
2. If the additional rental fee is not paid by the designated pre‑exhibition date, it will be deemed a waiver of the rent increase. Please visit the venue to rebook. Purchase; the fees shall be subject to the on-site rent increase quotation.
3. Due to the limited number of furniture items available on-site, please place your order as soon as possible if you have any needs.

During the exhibition period, electrical power may be used for 30 minutes prior to each day’s opening; all electrically powered equipment must be switched off no later than 30 minutes after closing. 3. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Guidelines
During the setup and dismantling phases, exhibitors and contractors are responsible for ensuring the health and safety of on-site personnel; personal protective equipment (PPE) must meet at least the minimum requirements.
