• All booth decorations must not damage or deface the original booth structure or exhibit fixtures. They must also not interfere with other exhibitors’ normal participation. If you need to… When affixing posters to the wall panels, please ensure that no damage or soiling is caused. For the wall panels’ built-in printed graphics—such as photographic posters—please apply them yourself. Ensure the use of a dedicated, non‑marking adhesive. Do not use ordinary transparent tape or other types of adhesive that could stain wall panels, display fixtures, or the booth structure. If offset printing cannot be cleaned up or nails are driven, or if screws are tightened, holes are drilled, or coatings damage the wall panels, substantial compensation will be required.

If you plan to operate demonstration equipment or boil water at your booth, be sure to reserve dedicated power supply in advance to prevent overloading, which could result in power outages for your booth and neighboring exhibits. Any equipment damage or related losses arising from such incidents will not be covered. The organizer assumes no liability.

III. Exhibition Participation Guidelines
• Exhibition Pass Collection
Please bring your pre-registered electronic exhibitor badge and enter by scanning the QR code on your badge. Starting with Rehacare 2024, the event has discontinued paper exhibitor badges. Exhibitors who require a printed version should visit the information desk before passing through the entrance turnstile for assistance in arranging printing.
• Exhibition Booth Information Preparation
(1) To avoid any issues related to the confirmation and verification of documents or information during the exhibition, exhibitors are advised to prepare and bring all relevant exhibition-related documents prior to departure.
(2) The documents include: booth renderings, fascia board information, booth numbers, and additional space rental orders, among others.
(3) Confirmation letters regarding important communications, along with contact information for key contacts (e.g., the person in charge of exhibit transportation, the person responsible for poster printing, etc.) 。
• Waste disposal
During both the setup and dismantling phases, please dispose of exhibit and packaging waste properly. Do not leave any debris on your booth or in the aisles under any circumstances, as this may result in substantial fines. The exhibition hall provides designated areas for disposing of waste free of charge, but these are intended only for small, everyday items.
• Hazardous waste
A large number of collection points for special waste have been set up at the exhibition site, accepting dyes, batteries, latex, fats, and waste oils. Small quantities of these wastes may be deposited at these collection points at no disposal fee.
• Recycling Collection Point
On-site collection points for glass, paper, metal, and plastic will be provided. These materials must be sorted prior to disposal. Please place all general waste in the designated bins at your booth before leaving each day. If you need to arrange for the return shipment of exhibits to your home country, the shipping company can provide storage for empty containers—please contact your carrier for further arrangements.
• Intellectual Property
Exhibitors are requested not to display any counterfeit or infringing exhibits at the fair; otherwise, the organizer reserves the right to require exhibitors to remove any exhibits alleged to infringe intellectual property rights. Should an exhibitor be found guilty of infringing intellectual property rights, they will be barred from participating in future Düsseldorf International Trade Fairs.
• Security Measures
• Please safeguard your valuables, such as laptops, monitors, wallets, and identification documents. Prevent unauthorized individuals from entering your booth.
• Thieves often strike at the very beginning of an exhibition. Once the event has concluded, be sure to promptly secure your exhibits, product catalogs, and any loose items to prevent theft.
• Public transportation
Due to German policy, as of January 2022, exhibitor badges can no longer be used as public transportation tickets.

1. Please bring photocopies of the passport’s information page and visa page, the booth confirmation letter (to be carried by exhibitors), your insurance policy, and your round-trip flight itinerary.
2. Bring an ample supply of brochures, posters, and other materials.
3. Mobile phone (with international roaming enabled), charger, power bank (3C-certified), and a travel adapter.
4. Bring your toiletries and necessary clothing, and pack some of your regular medications—such as gastrointestinal remedies, allergy pills, fever reducers, and pain relievers—for emergencies.
5. Please do not place computers, batteries, or power banks in your checked baggage.
6. Germany is 6 hours behind China; the time is Beijing Time minus 6 hours.
7. Regarding currency, the country you are visiting is part of the Eurozone; 1 euro is approximately equivalent to 8.32 Chinese yuan (for reference only—please refer to the real-time exchange rate on the day). Please do not carry large amounts of cash; the amount of Chinese yuan in cash should not exceed 20,000 yuan, and the equivalent in foreign currency should not exceed 4,000 euros. You may use chip-enabled credit cards such as VISA or MASTER CARD while abroad. Exhibitors may bring goods valued at no more than 430 euros; any amount exceeding this must be declared to customs.
8. In September, Germany’s temperatures typically range from 10°C to 19°C, with average daytime highs around 19°C. It’s advisable to wear warm layers such as suits, light jackets, trench coats, casual attire, blazers, tailored suits, and thin sweaters. For business meetings or more formal visits, be sure to bring formal attire.
9. Europe uses the same 220V, 50Hz electricity as China.
Germany uses Type F sockets (German-standard sockets): these sockets have two round outlets and metal grounding clips on both sides, providing both power supply and grounding, thus offering enhanced safety.
10. When drinking soup, Germans use a spoon rather than lifting the bowl to their lips. At the table, making noise is considered impolite. Germans place great emphasis on rules and discipline, as well as cleanliness and orderliness. They are extremely punctual, and being late is seen as disrespectful. Germans regard the number “13” and “Friday” as unlucky. In public, they prefer to avoid loud talking or excessive enthusiasm. As for attire, Germans tend to be conservative, disliking clothing that is too revealing or casual. 。
