In the event of theft of exhibits or personal belongings, the organizer shall not be held liable.

Please note: To ensure the safety of all personnel within the exhibition halls, all booth power supplies must be switched on 30 minutes prior to the opening of the event and switched off within 30 minutes after closing each day, remaining de-energized at all times. If electricity is required outside these specified hours, please submit a formal request to the venue in advance and pay any applicable fees.

Exhibition dismantling time
January 30, 5:30 PM–9:00 PM
• Before 17:30 on January 30, 2025 Strictly prohibited Exhibitors and booth contractors shall dismantle their exhibits and booth structures; the organizer will impose penalties for any packing of exhibits or dismantling of booths carried out prior to this deadline.
• Exhibitors are advised to leave at least one person at their booth during the dismantling period to supervise it. If any exhibits are to be handed over, please ensure that you do not leave the booth until the handover has been completed. The organizer shall not be held liable for any loss of exhibits occurring during this time.
• For all instances where the time limits specified above are exceeded, applicable handling fees will be charged.
• Throughout the duration of the exhibition—during setup, display, and dismantling—please take care to safeguard your company’s exhibits and personal belongings. The organizer shall not be liable for any loss or theft of exhibits or personal items.
Exhibition Guidelines and Important Notes
1. Intellectual Property Protection
For any exhibits involving trademarks, patents, copyrights, or quality certifications, exhibitors must provide valid certificates of rights or licensing agreements. The organizer strongly advises exhibitors against displaying samples with unclear intellectual property status. Should an IP dispute arise on-site, the organizer reserves the right to require the exhibitor to remove any exhibits subject to such disputes. For companies that continue to exhibit in violation of these requirements, the organizer reserves the right to seal off their booth.
2. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Guidelines
During the setup and dismantling phases, exhibitors and contractors are responsible for ensuring the health and safety of on-site personnel. Personal protective equipment (PPE) must meet at least the minimum standards to prevent injuries. Mandatory requirements: All exhibitors and contractors must provide safety apparel that complies with the minimum standards, including safety shoes that protect the toes and high‑visibility safety vests. In addition, standard requirements include hard hats, safety goggles, and hearing protection.
3. During the setup period (January 23–26, 2025)
1) During the setup period, please keep your empty containers and waste on your own booth; do not place them in the aisles or near emergency exits, nor on other exhibitors’ booths. After the exhibition setup is complete, please dispose of all empty containers and waste in the designated trash bins located outside the entrance and exit of the exhibition hall.
Exhibition venue staff will conduct regular patrols; violators will face substantial fines. Please take this seriously.

Please note: Neither the exhibition hall nor the organizer provides a proxy signing service for goods. All items to be shipped must be delivered within the designated time frame, and please ensure that your booth has staff on hand to sign for receipt of the shipment.
4. During the event period (January 27–30, 2025)
Please note: During the first three days of the exhibition, exhibitors may not leave the venue early or dismantle/package their exhibits before 6:00 p.m. each day; violators will be subject to a fine.
1) Temporary additional rental services will not be available during the exhibition period. If you have any questions regarding the delivery of pre‑exhibition rental equipment, please contact the on-site service staff on the day of setup (January 26, 2025). Specific service times and locations will be announced in the “Pre-Exhibition Important Notice” to be distributed one week prior to the event.
2) Please dispose of waste promptly during the exhibition to keep your booth and passageways clean. At the end of each day, kindly empty all booth trash and discarded materials into the bins located outside the exhibition hall’s entrances and exits.
3) Any goods and packaging boxes during the event period shall not Enter the exhibition hall.
5. Exhibition Withdrawal Period (January 30–February 1, 2025)
Please note: On the exhibition’s final day, exhibitors may not leave the venue early or dismantle/package their exhibits before 5:30 p.m. Violators will be subject to a fine.
1) After the exhibition concludes, you may leave general household waste and ordinary refuse at your booth. However, for special types of waste or items that are oversized or overweight, you must submit a prior request to the venue’s waste‑removal department for collection services.
2) Upon dismantling, please be sure to remove all posters and other promotional materials affixed to wall panels or exhibition fixtures. Any residual adhesive or damage to the wall panels caused during removal will incur additional handling charges.
3) During the dismantling period, please take care to safeguard your company’s exhibits and personal belongings. The organizer shall not be liable for any loss or theft of exhibits or personal items occurring during this time.
6. Safety Matters
1) Throughout the duration of the exhibition—during setup, display, and dismantling—please take care to safeguard your company’s exhibits and personal belongings. The organizer shall not be liable for any loss or theft of exhibits or personal items.
2) Please note Personal safety Keep a safe distance from specially constructed exhibition booths, scaffolding, shelving, and other equipment or display fixtures that could pose a risk of falling objects, to prevent injuries or fatalities.
3) All individuals entering the exhibition hall All personnel must wear personal protective equipment, including rubber-soled shoes and safety vests, among others. , otherwise entry to the exhibition hall will be prohibited.
4) Fire access routes and fire hydrants must remain unobstructed. Paints or thinners shall not be stored next to electrical distribution boxes. Empty crates/boxes, document storage containers, construction and decorative materials, and any flammable substances must be removed from the exhibition hall and may not be stacked behind booths.
7. Special Note: At no time may individuals under the age of 16 enter the exhibition hall, including during setup, the duration of the exhibition, and dismantling.
8. Smoking ban: In accordance with the relevant laws of the United Arab Emirates, smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Smoking is also prohibited during exhibition setup, the duration of the event, and dismantling.
9. Food is strictly prohibited from being brought into the exhibition hall. The Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre in the United Arab Emirates holds the exclusive right to provide catering services within its exhibition halls. In accordance with the local government’s health and food‑safety regulations, the carriage of any food or beverages into the venue is prohibited. The lobby and corridors feature several cafés and restaurants, and two nearby hotels—Novotel and Ibis—are also open during the exhibition. Additionally, a quick‑service café on site offers convenient dining options.
Entry Requirements
Effective November 1, 2016, the United Arab Emirates has granted visa-free entry to Chinese citizens; however, UAE customs authorities reserve the right to deny entry to individuals with adverse records in the UAE or whose names appear on a blacklist. The UAE immigration authorities also retain the discretion to refuse visas. Upon arrival, you’ll need to present your original passport for an eye scan; there’s a queue, and women have a dedicated lane. When you’re being scanned, keep your eyes wide open and look directly at the instrument’s glass panel, making sure all of your irises are visible. The machine will automatically determine whether the scan is complete. Photography is not permitted here. Once the process is finished, proceed through customs and collect your luggage.
Travel Guide
1. Bring a photocopy of the passport’s information page, your insurance policy, and your round-trip flight itinerary.
2. Bring an ample supply of brochures, posters, and other materials.
3. Mobile phone (with international roaming enabled), charger, power bank, and travel adapter.
4. Bring your toiletries and necessary clothing, and pack some of your regular medications—such as gastrointestinal remedies, allergy pills, fever reducers, and pain relievers—for emergencies.
5. Please do not place computers, batteries, or power banks in your checked baggage.
6. Dubai is 4 hours behind China; the time there is Beijing Time minus 4 hours.
7. Regarding currency, the country you are visiting is Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The local official currency is the UAE dirham (AED), with the subunit being the fils (1 dirham equals 100 fils). One dirham is approximately equivalent to RMB 1.99. Please avoid carrying large amounts of cash; the amount of RMB in cash should not exceed RMB 20,000, and the equivalent in foreign currency should not exceed USD 5,000. You can use VISA, MasterCard, and UnionPay cards while abroad.
8. In January, Dubai’s temperatures typically range from 14°C to 24°C, with an average daytime high of around 24°C. It’s advisable to wear lightweight, breathable clothing such as cotton or linen shirts, light dresses, and thin T-shirts. For business meetings or more formal visits, be sure to bring smart attire.
9. Dubai uses the same 220V, 50Hz electricity as China. Our company has carefully prepared one adapter for you.
10. The United Arab Emirates is a Muslim country that practices Islam, yet it maintains an open, outward‑looking economy and adopts relatively liberal policies. It imposes few restrictions on foreigners regarding clothing, food, housing, and transportation; pork and pork products are readily available in supermarkets, adequately meeting the needs of residents from all over the world.
