1. During exhibition setup, please adhere to the venue’s opening and closing hours; do not damage existing exhibit fixtures, display racks, or other structural elements; do not drill holes in wall panels or hammer nails into them; and do not dismantle booth structures or alter the booth itself or its associated facilities without authorization.
2. Open flames are strictly prohibited inside the exhibition hall, and cleaning operations using gasoline or alcohol lamps and volatile solvents are also forbidden. Smoking is prohibited throughout the exhibition hall.
3. Exhibition staff must comply with the instructions of the venue’s security personnel.
4. Fire hydrants, emergency exits, and electrical distribution panels in the exhibition hall shall not be obstructed, and fire-fighting equipment shall not be relocated or repurposed.
5. All exhibitors are required to take good care of the exhibition hall’s electrical facilities and equipment and must not open, dismantle, or tamper with them without authorization.
1. Customs Declaration: Personal articles carried into or out of the country must be for personal use and limited to reasonable quantities. Any items exceeding these limits must be declared truthfully to customs. Valuable electronic devices, such as camcorders and digital cameras, must be declared in advance upon entry; failure to do so may result in additional taxes and other complications.
2. Upon entering Russia, customs will provide you with a Exit Card (Obtain the customs‑issued electronic receipt and sign it.) You may keep it together with your passport and take a photo for your records. Please be sure to retain this card, as it will be required when checking into hotels in Russia and upon your return home. Make certain to keep your exit card safe.
1. Please bring photocopies of the passport’s information page and visa page, your insurance policy, the booth confirmation letter, your exhibitor badge, and your round-trip flight itinerary.
2. Bring an ample supply of brochures, posters, and other materials.
3. Mobile phone (with international roaming enabled), charger, power bank, and travel adapter.
4. Bring your toiletries and necessary clothing, and pack some of your regular medications—such as gastrointestinal remedies, allergy pills, fever reducers, and pain relievers—for emergencies.
5. Please do not place computers, batteries, or power banks in your checked baggage.
6. Russia is 5 hours behind China; the time is Beijing Time minus 5 hours.
7. Regarding currency, the local currency in the destination country is the ruble; 100 rubles are approximately equivalent to RMB 7.23. Please do not carry large amounts of cash—keep RMB cash under RMB 20,000, or foreign currency cash equivalent to no more than USD 5,000. Due to current international sanctions, Russia currently does not accept international credit cards and only allows payments in rubles. Therefore, we recommend carrying some cash for emergencies.
8. In December, Russia’s temperatures typically fluctuate between -9°C and -4°C, with average daytime highs around -9°C. It is recommended to wear heavy, warm clothing such as cotton-padded jackets, winter coats, leather jackets, thick woolen overcoats, woolen hats, gloves, down jackets, and fur coats. For business events or more formal visits and meetings, be sure to bring formal attire.
9. Russia uses the same 220V, 50Hz electricity as China. Our company has carefully prepared one adapter for you.
10. In public places, please refrain from smoking, spitting, and speaking loudly. When queuing, do not cut in line or crowd others. Do not litter or spit chewing gum indiscriminately. Temples, churches, palaces, and upscale entertainment venues are recognized as formal settings; upon entering, dress modestly and neatly—no bare chests, exposed backs, slippers, shorts, miniskirts, sleeveless tops, or other inappropriate attire.
