1. During the exhibition and on the final day, exhibitors are prohibited from leaving early. Any violation may affect their eligibility to register for future exhibitions.
2. Booth Setup: Exhibitors must adhere strictly to the designated setup schedule and complete all installations by the day before the exhibition opens. Prior to arranging their booths, exhibitors should carefully review the setup guidelines posted throughout the venue and comply with all venue requirements. The use of high‑adhesion adhesives or tapes directly affixed to display panels is prohibited, as are any actions that damage the panels, such as nailing, drilling holes, or melting them. Display items must not extend beyond the allotted booth footprint. Smoking is forbidden within the exhibition halls, and open flames are strictly prohibited.
3. Our company will collect the exhibition passes on behalf of all clients; upon arrival at the venue, please contact our on-site staff.

Entry Requirements
1. Please be sure to carry with you the original passport valid for at least six months, your U.S. visa or other valid visa pages, your EVUS registration, your flight itinerary, a printed copy of your invitation letter, and your yellow fever vaccination certificate for immigration inspection; do not place these documents in your checked baggage.
2. In accordance with Colombia’s relevant laws, regulations, and sector-specific rules, imported transport vehicles, food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, alcoholic beverages, medical devices, hygiene products, health supplements, agricultural products, other animal and plant products, security equipment, vehicles, and similar items must be registered in advance with the Colombian Civil Aviation Authority, the Food and Drug Administration, the Agricultural and Livestock Authority, the Fisheries Authority, the Ministry of Environment, the Ministry of Energy and Mines, the Ministry of Transportation, the Private Security Authority, the Ministry of Defense, and other competent agencies, and obtain the requisite permits. For sensitive goods and those subject to technical standards, applicable inspection and quarantine procedures must be completed prior to shipment, and official certificates of inspection and quarantine must be obtained.
3. To prevent money laundering, Colombia maintains a strict foreign exchange control regime: travelers carrying US$10,000 or more must declare it upon entry or exit. Failure to declare amounts exceeding the threshold may result in penalties such as partial or total confiscation, or criminal prosecution.
4. Colombian authorities have intensified border controls, and Chinese nationals are frequently denied entry for failing to present proof of yellow‑fever vaccination or a valid International Certificate of Vaccination (the “yellow card”). We strongly urge all Chinese travelers entering Colombia—particularly those transiting through other yellow‑fever–endemic countries such as Bolivia, Brazil, Peru, and Ecuador—to receive the yellow‑fever vaccine at least 10 days prior to travel and carry their yellow card with them. This will help avoid boarding or entry delays and prevent unnecessary complications that could disrupt your trip.
5. Colombia requires that, within 72 hours prior to the flight’s departure, the information requested on the Colombian Migration Office’s Check-Mig website be completed and a confirmation receipt obtained.
6. Recently, parts of Colombia—particularly border cities such as Pasto and Ipiales—have experienced heightened public security concerns. Chinese nationals have been subjected to several serious crimes, including theft and robbery, resulting in substantial financial losses. The Chinese Embassy in Colombia urges Chinese citizens to exercise extreme caution when traveling to these areas. Those already in the region, as well as local institutions, are advised to remain highly vigilant, strengthen security measures, and enhance emergency preparedness to safeguard personal safety and property. In the event of theft or robbery, prioritize your personal safety, immediately report the incident to the police, and seek assistance from your institution or the Embassy as appropriate. Be sure to document relevant details, such as the time, location, and identifying features of the perpetrators.
7. Recently, the Embassy has received numerous requests for assistance from Chinese citizens facing obstacles in entering or exiting Colombia; some individuals have been denied entry or even repatriated. The Chinese Embassy in Colombia reminds Chinese nationals planning to travel to Colombia on ordinary passports that they must obtain a valid Colombian visa in advance, or hold a residence permit issued by a Schengen member state, a U.S. residence permit, a Category C or D Schengen visa, or any type of U.S. visa other than a C‑1 transit visa. ( On the date of entry into Colombia, the remaining validity of any U.S. or Schengen Member State visa or residence permit held must exceed 180 days. ) 。
