The TECNOSALUD exhibition is one of the three major events in the healthcare industry in South America. The exhibition is held annually in Lima, the Peruvian capital, alternating between even-numbered and odd-numbered years. The TECNOSALUD exhibition showcases a wide array of medical devices and equipment for hospitals and clinics, covering sectors such as pharmaceuticals, dentistry, health and rehabilitation, and healthcare services.


Each year, this exhibition attracts more than 8,000 industry professionals, primarily users and purchasers of medical products, including representatives from the procurement departments of healthcare institutions and hospitals, distributors, medical device importers, health experts, entrepreneurs, and other healthcare professionals. The 2023 Peru Medical Exhibition featured a total of 280 exhibitors, with local Peruvian medical device companies accounting for approximately 85% of the total. Foreign exhibitors numbered around 42, primarily from China (about 20), as well as Colombia, Mexico, the United States, Chile, Argentina, and South Korea. The exhibition spanned 7,000 square meters, and the three-day event drew more than 6,000 visitors, primarily from Peru, with a smaller contingent from Ecuador, Bolivia, and Colombia.
