Exhibition Guidelines and Important Information

I. Library Access Requirements:

1. Collect your admission pass

◆ Exhibitors may collect their exhibitor badges at the exhibition hall’s service desk upon presentation of the booth‑construction authorization letter. The exhibitor badge is the sole credential for entry into the exhibition center; please carry it with you at all times.

2. Exhibition Participation Guidelines

Entering and exiting the exhibition hall

◆ Admission to the exhibition center is by credential only. Please carry your exhibitor badge at all times; those without a valid badge will be denied entry to the venue.

Publicity Regulations

◆ All free gifts, promotional flyers, and samples may only be distributed within the exhibition booth; they must not be placed in public areas. Exhibits and samples involving intellectual property may not be displayed; otherwise, the judicial authorities reserve the right to order their removal and to seal off any booth that refuses to comply.

Exhibit Export Control

◆ During the exhibition, no exhibit may be removed from the venue.

Exhibit Freight

◆ When arranging for freight, be sure to maintain close communication with the shipping company and stay informed of the shipment’s status at all times.

◆Please bring the relevant documents (or copies) for inspection, such as the delivery order, packing list, invoice, and so on.

◆ Please leave empty crates on your booth and keep them there at your own risk. Any empty crates or items left in the public aisles will be treated as waste and subject to a cleanup fee.

◆The sale of exhibit items is strictly prohibited at the exhibition venue.

◆ Loss of Exhibits: The organizer shall bear no liability for any loss of exhibits.

II. Preparation of Exhibitor Information

(1) To avoid any issues related to the confirmation and verification of documents or information during the exhibition, exhibitors are advised to prepare and bring all relevant exhibition-related documents prior to departure.

(2) The documents include: booth layout, standard booth equipment, and additional rental orders, among others.

(3) Confirmation letters regarding the exchange of important information, along with contact details of key stakeholders (e.g., the person in charge of the exhibit‑transportation company, the person responsible for poster printing, etc.).

Entry Requirements

1. Effective from 00:00 on November 1, 2023, travelers entering or leaving the country are no longer required to complete the “People’s Republic of China Health Declaration Form for Entry/Exit.” However, any traveler presenting symptoms of infectious diseases—such as fever, cough, difficulty breathing, vomiting, diarrhea, rash, or unexplained subcutaneous bleeding—or who has already been diagnosed with an infectious disease must proactively make a health declaration to customs and cooperate with customs in undergoing temperature screening, epidemiological investigations, medical examinations, sample collection, and other quarantine measures. Failure to disclose information or evasion of quarantine will result in corresponding legal liability; if such actions lead to the spread of a quarantinable infectious disease or pose a serious risk of transmission, criminal liability may be imposed.

2. Upon entering Algeria, you must undergo immigration inspection and complete customs declaration. On the aircraft, cabin crew will distribute entry cards and customs declaration forms; please fill them out truthfully based on your circumstances. After arriving at the airport, if you have items to declare or are unsure whether they require declaration, proceed through the red channel. You may set aside any items requiring declaration after collecting your baggage for easier submission. Passengers with no items to declare should use the green channel.

3. Upon entering Algeria, customs officials may ask questions about your occupation, address, and visa type. Your responses must match the information on file with customs; otherwise, you may be required to return via the same route.

Travel Guide

1. Please bring your passport’s information page, the invitation letter, a valid visa, and your round-trip flight itinerary.

2. Bring an ample supply of brochures, posters, and other materials.

3. Mobile phone (with international roaming enabled), charger, power bank, and travel adapter.

4. Bring your toiletries and necessary clothing, and pack some of your regular medications—such as stomach remedies, allergy pills, fever reducers, and pain relievers—for emergencies.

5. Please do not place computers, batteries, or power banks in your checked baggage.

6. Time difference with China: 7 hours behind (e.g., when it is 10:00 a.m. Beijing time, it is 3:00 a.m. in Algeria).

7. Local official language: Arabic

8. Local temperatures: The average temperature during your visit is 10°C to 18°C. Oran enjoys a Mediterranean climate, and April falls within spring, with generally mild weather.

9. Dress Code: Clothing should be light and comfortable; business attire is required during the exhibition.

10. Currency: Algeria’s currency is the Algerian dinar (DZD). 1 Chinese yuan ≈ 17.51 dinars (recent exchange rate, for reference only).

11. Voltage: The voltage in Algeria is 230V; exhibitors are advised to bring their own European‑standard plug adapters.

12. Observe traffic safety: Algeria requires vehicles to drive on the right side of the road, consistent with China’s traffic regulations. When crossing the street, be sure to use crosswalks and pay attention to traffic signals.

13. Algeria is a predominantly Muslim country; please respect local religious beliefs and cultural customs. When entering mosques or other religious sites, be sure to dress modestly: women should cover their hair, and men should wear long trousers, avoiding revealing or overly casual attire. During Ramadan, refrain from eating, drinking, or smoking in public to avoid offending locals.
