Exhibition setup time
• It is recommended that exhibitors at standard booths arrive at the exhibition venue no earlier than 1:00 PM on Sunday, October 20, 2024, to begin setup.
• All booth construction This must be completed by 12:00 noon on Saturday, October 19, 2024, including the removal of all construction debris and waste from the exhibition hall.

Exhibition Duration
Please note: To ensure the safety of all personnel within the exhibition halls, it is mandatory to switch on the power to all booths at least 30 minutes before the exhibition opens and to turn it off within 30 minutes after closing each day.

Exhibition closing time
• Before the exhibition begins to close Strictly prohibited Exhibitors and booth contractors shall dismantle their exhibits and exhibition structures; any violation will be subject to penalties imposed by the organizer or the venue management authority.
• Dismantling the booth or packing up exhibits before the exhibition concludes will result in penalties upon discovery.
• Exhibitors are advised to leave at least one person at their booth during dismantling to ensure security. If any exhibits need to be handed over, please do so before leaving the booth; during this period…

• Standard booth exhibits Be sure to attend at 8:00 PM on October 23. Previously removed from the exhibition booth, any items remaining at the booth, in the aisles, or in the transfer area beyond this time limit will be handled by the organizer and the venue management.
We are not responsible for items left in the designated areas.
• For all instances where the time limits specified above are exceeded, applicable handling fees will be charged.

Badge Collection
All exhibitor badges, including those for on-site temporary staff, must be applied for in advance online through the Exhibitor Badges Registration module of the Customer Center. The Global Health Exhibition 2024 will no longer issue paper badges; attendees will gain access to the exhibition halls by scanning a QR code on-site.
Exhibitors may save the badge’s QR code to their mobile devices or print it out and bring it to the exhibition venue. At the venue, entry into the exhibition halls will be granted by scanning the QR code.
Notes on Rent Increases for Exhibition Equipment
1. Exhibitors requesting additional booth space prior to the show must bring their order forms and proof of payment for verification of delivery arrangements. If the additional‑space fee is not paid by the designated pre‑show deadline, the request will be considered waived; please place a new order on-site, with pricing based on the on‑site supplemental‑space quotation.
2. Due to the limited number of workers on site, We cannot guarantee the furniture delivery time. , regarding furniture rent increases and basic furniture delivery, Please visit the Arab Expo service counter located in Hall 2 for assistance.
3. Due to the limited number of furniture items available on-site and the high demand, please place your order as soon as possible. The installer will arrange delivery in the order in which orders are received. The exact delivery time cannot be guaranteed. 。
4. Please ensure that you have ordered the necessary power and lighting equipment for your booth before arriving on site. To place your order, please contact the exhibition contractor, Arab Expo, at globalhealthksa@arabexpo.me, or visit the Arab Expo website to place your order online.
Please note: To ensure the safety of all personnel within the exhibition halls, all booth power supplies must be switched on at least 30 minutes before the exhibition opens and must be switched off within 30 minutes after closing each day.

Exhibition Tips
1. Intellectual Property Protection
Exhibitors must ensure that their exhibits, exhibit packaging, and any promotional materials or display elements of their exhibition booths do not, in any respect, infringe upon or violate the rights of others. With respect to all intellectual property rights—including, but not limited to, registered or unregistered trademarks, copyrights, industrial designs, trade names, and patents—exhibiting entities must hold valid certificates of ownership or appropriate licenses. The organizer strongly advises exhibitors against displaying samples whose intellectual property status is unclear. Should an intellectual property dispute arise on-site, the organizer reserves the right to require the exhibitor to remove any exhibits subject to such disputes.
Please note that Saudi law imposes strict requirements for the lawful use of registered trademarks. Using a registered trademark or logo without the prior authorization of the trademark owner, or displaying exhibits that infringe upon such trademark rights, constitutes a serious violation and may result in the immediate closure of the booth at the exhibition.
2. Resale of exhibition booths is strictly prohibited.
As the exhibition organizer, IM places great emphasis on booth‑use management and strictly prohibits reselling or unauthorized booth‑sharing. Any violation will result in adverse consequences for all future applications to Informa‑hosted exhibitions.
3. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Guidelines
During the setup and dismantling phases, exhibitors and contractors are responsible for ensuring the health and safety of on-site personnel. Personal protective equipment (PPE) must meet at least the minimum standards to prevent injuries. Mandatory requirement: All exhibitors and booth contractors must provide safety protective apparel that meets minimum standards, including safety shoes with toe protection and high-visibility safety vests. In addition, the standard requirements also include: safety helmets, protective goggles, and hearing protection.
4. Exhibition and Personal Safety Matters
● Throughout the duration of the exhibition—during set-up, the exhibition itself, and dismantling—please take care to safeguard your company’s exhibits and personal belongings. The organizer shall not be liable for any loss or theft of exhibits or personal items.
● Exhibitors are prohibited from standing on chairs, tables, or any other rented exhibition equipment. None of the exhibit fixtures are designed to support human weight. Arab Expo shall not be liable for any injuries, falls, or other incidents resulting from the improper use of exhibition equipment. If you require assistance during booth setup, please visit the service desk located in Hall 2 to contact the exhibitor‑construction company.
● Please note Personal safety Keep a safe distance from specially constructed exhibition booths, scaffolding, shelving, and other equipment or display fixtures that could pose a risk of falling objects, to prevent injuries.
● The shelf installation is a temporary procedure; until it is securely fastened, there is a risk of slippage. Please maintain a safe distance during installation to ensure personal safety.
5. During the setup period (October 16–20, 2024)
● All individuals entering the exhibition hall All personnel must wear personal protective equipment, including rubber-soled shoes and safety vests, among others. , otherwise entry to the exhibition hall and all on-site unloading areas will be prohibited.

6. During the event period (October 21–23, 2024)
Please note: During the first two days of the exhibition (before 7:00 p.m. each day), exhibitors are prohibited from leaving early or dismantling/packing up their exhibits; violators will be subject to a fine.
● Please dispose of any waste generated during the event promptly to keep your booth and passageways tidy. After closing each day, kindly empty your booth and place all trash and废弃物 in the bins located outside the exhibition hall’s entrance and exit doors.
● Any goods and packaging boxes during the event period shall not Enter the exhibition hall.
● No temporary space‑rental services will be available on-site. For any questions regarding pre‑event space‑rental arrangements, please contact the on‑site service representatives of the exhibition contractor.
● Standard booth during the event period The use of electric kettles for boiling water is strictly prohibited. If the entire exhibition area experiences a power outage due to boiling water, resulting in the inability to conduct normal exhibits, the exhibitor shall bear full responsibility and pay any applicable fines.
7. Exhibition Dismantling Period (October 23–24, 2024)
Please note: On the exhibition’s final day, exhibitors may not leave early or dismantle/package their exhibits before 6:30 p.m.; violators will be subject to a fine.
● After the exhibition concludes, you may leave general household waste and ordinary refuse at your booth. However, for special types of waste and materials—such as oversized or overweight items—you must submit a prior request to the venue’s waste‑removal department to arrange for their removal.
● Upon dismantling, be sure to remove all promotional materials, such as posters, affixed to wall panels or exhibition fixtures. Any residue left behind, or damage to the wall panels caused during removal, will incur additional handling charges.
● During the dismantling period, please take care to safeguard your company’s exhibits and personal belongings. The organizer shall not be liable for any loss or theft of exhibits or personal items occurring during this time.
8. Material Transportation and Entry into the Venue
Upon arrival at the exhibition venue, all materials must be handed over to DSVFairs & Events, the official exhibition logistics carrier, and the corresponding fees must be paid. For further details, please contact the information provided under “VIII. Logistics Carrier Contact Information.”
Exhibitors may bring items into the exhibition hall by hand, but the use of rental trolleys, flatbed trucks, or any mechanical equipment to transport goods into the venue is prohibited. DSVFairs & Events, the official cargo carrier for the exhibition, will exercise full control over access to and from the loading/unloading area to ensure safety and order at the set-up and tear-down sites. During the exhibition, only authorized staff of exhibiting companies are permitted to enter the hall carrying items by hand. All goods and construction materials in the loading/unloading area will be under the sole responsibility of DSVFairs & Events; contact details can be found on page 4.
9. At no time shall anyone under the age of 16 be permitted to enter the exhibition venue, including during the setup, exhibition, and dismantling phases.
10. Food is strictly prohibited from being brought into the exhibition hall.
1. Saudi Arabia is a traditionally Islamic country, The import or carriage of non-halal food items, such as pork and alcoholic beverages, is prohibited. Other prohibited items also include unauthorized publications, audiovisual materials (such as CDs and portable hard drives) and printed materials containing nudity or pornography, weapons, fireworks, electronic cigarettes, and devices—such as watches, pens, eyeglasses, and aircraft—that incorporate hidden cameras.
2. When entering the country, you must declare to Saudi Customs any cash carried on your person exceeding USD 20,000 (or equivalent financial instruments or foreign currency), goods valued at over USD 800 (including gifts and personal items), more than 200 cigarettes or 500 grams of tobacco products, as well as restricted items such as drones and pharmaceuticals that require approval from the relevant authorities.
3. Saudi Arabia imposes the death penalty for possession or trafficking of narcotics. If you plan to bring traditional Chinese medicines or larger quantities of personal medications into the country, it is advisable to present a doctor’s prescription.
4. Please be sure to bring your passport with a valid visa and your airline ticket. All guests holding a newly issued passport are required to bring their old passport along. , for inspection by border customs authorities.

7. Regarding currency, the official currency of Saudi Arabia is the Saudi Riyal (SAR), with an exchange rate of approximately 1 SAR = 1.9 CNY. Please avoid carrying large amounts of cash; the equivalent value of foreign currency in cash should not exceed USD 20,000. We recommend bringing a chip-enabled VISA or Mastercard; UnionPay is accepted at some shopping malls.
8. In October, temperatures in Saudi Arabia typically range from 21°C to 35°C, with average daytime highs around 35°C. It is advisable to wear light, breathable clothing made of cotton or similar materials. For business meetings or more formal visits and receptions, please bring smart‑casual attire. Saudi Arabia has a tropical desert climate: dry with little rainfall, intense sunlight, hot summers, and mild winters. When visiting, to prevent dehydration, be sure to drink plenty of water and take precautions against heat and sun exposure.
9. Saudi Arabia uses 110V/220V at 60Hz, with three rectangular prongs arranged in a triangular pattern. Our company will carefully provide you with an adapter plug.
10. Female tourists in Saudi Arabia are required to wear long-sleeved tops and long pants when going out.
