2. Exhibition Setup: Exhibitors must adhere strictly to the designated setup schedule. Prior to arranging their booths, they should carefully review the exhibition‑hall‑posted setup guidelines and comply with all venue requirements. Adhesives with high viscosity may not be applied directly to display panels; instead, “S”‑shaped hooks may be used for hanging. However, nailing, drilling, or any other actions that could damage the panels are prohibited. The placement of exhibits must not exceed the allotted booth area. Smoking is forbidden throughout the venue, and open flames are strictly prohibited.
3. Exhibit Equipment Rental: The organizer will deliver the equipment to your booth based on the exhibit equipment rental form you previously submitted. Additional rentals can be arranged on-site, requiring either card payment or cash. (Availability of additional equipment is subject to the contractor’s inventory.)
4. Security Services: During the exhibition, the Organizing Committee and the venue will be responsible for ensuring safety in public areas. After closing hours, the venue’s security department, appointed by the Organizing Committee, will oversee on-site security. All exhibitors are required to strictly comply with all venue regulations, present their identification upon entry and exit, and refrain from remaining in the exhibition hall after hours. Throughout the event, exhibitors shall assume responsibility for the security of their customer information, critical business secrets, and personal belongings such as mobile phones, cameras, and computers; please ensure these items are properly safeguarded.
5. Exhibition Requirements: During the exhibition, exhibitors shall not share booths with companies of unknown origin. All participating enterprises—particularly those representing overseas activities—must uphold the nation’s and the people’s image. The sale of counterfeit or substandard products is strictly prohibited, and any products subject to intellectual property disputes are forbidden from being exhibited. Furthermore, the on-site sale of products that have not yet been registered in Singapore is not permitted.
6. Request for Early Removal of Exhibits: Unless authorized by the Organizing Committee, no exhibitor or exhibit may leave the venue prior to the official conclusion of the exhibition (17:00 on September 13, 2024). This regulation is designed to safeguard the overall success of the event and ensure the safety of both exhibitors and their products. Should an exhibitor have a special reason requiring the early removal of exhibits or personnel, please notify the Organizing Committee in writing at least one day in advance so that appropriate arrangements can be made. All exhibitors are kindly requested to take note of this requirement.
7. Removal of Exhibits from the Venue: For exhibits transported to the exhibition hall by a freight company recommended by the Organizing Committee, as these are classified as temporarily imported goods, they will be subject to customs supervision by Singapore Customs. Exhibitors are prohibited from handling them independently. Should any exhibitor wish to sell, gift, or destroy such items, they must coordinate in advance with the designated Singapore‑based transport provider, referring to the “Import/Export Goods List.” Any unauthorized handling of exhibits contrary to the “Import/Export Goods List” shall result in the enterprise assuming full responsibility for all ensuing consequences. To ensure the safety of the exhibits, no shipment may leave the venue until all requisite formalities have been duly completed following its entry.
Entry Requirements
All travelers entering Singapore are required to complete the Singapore e-Entry and Health Declaration Form online.
https://eservices.ica.gov.sg/sgarrivalcard/. You can complete the form up to 3 days before arrival (for example, if your guest enters Singapore on April 30, they may start filling out the immigration and health declaration as early as April 28). Please note that the email address you provide when completing the arrival card must be valid and accessible, as the system will send an email to this address after arrival, informing you of your permitted length of stay and your DE number. Be sure to keep this number handy, as it may be required in certain situations, such as airport tax refunds.
Travel Advisory
1. Please bring your original passport (with at least six months of validity), your insurance policy, and your electronic itinerary.
2. Bring an ample supply of brochures, posters, and other materials.
3. Mobile phone (with international roaming enabled), charger, power bank, and travel adapter.
4. Bring your toiletries and necessary clothing, and pack some of your regular medications—such as gastrointestinal remedies, allergy pills, fever reducers, and pain relievers—for emergencies.
5. Please do not place computers, batteries, or power banks in your checked baggage.
6. Singapore is in the same time zone as China, with no time difference.
7. Currency: Exchange for the local currency, the Singapore dollar. One Singapore dollar is approximately equivalent to 5.46 Chinese yuan. You can exchange currency at Bank of China branches, hotels, and airports. Credit Cards: Today, most hotels and shopping malls in Singapore accept card payments—UnionPay, Visa, and Mastercard—for checkout.
8. Singapore is renowned for its hot, humid weather, with relatively stable temperatures throughout the year. In September, temperatures typically range between 24°C and 30°C, with average daytime highs around 30°C. It’s advisable to wear lightweight, breathable clothing such as short-sleeved shirts, shorts, and light skirts. For business meetings or more formal visits, be sure to bring smart attire.
9. Singapore’s standard electrical supply is 230V, 50Hz, and all outlets use the British-style three-pin square plug.
10. Singapore has four official languages: Malay, Mandarin, Tamil, and English. English is the language of business and government and is the most widely used. Most Singaporeans are bilingual, speaking both their mother tongue and English.
11. Singaporeans promote responsible tourism and respect local customs and traditions. Please refrain from speaking loudly in public. Maintain personal integrity and avoid involvement in gambling, pornography, or drug-related activities. Show respect for the customs and practices of different ethnic groups and religions; when visiting temples, wear long pants and clothing with sleeves, and remove your shoes before entering.
12. Local Regulations: Singapore has strict laws and rigorous enforcement; actions such as littering, smoking in non-smoking areas, or lending your passport to others may constitute violations of the law. Please familiarize yourself with Singapore’s relevant laws and regulations, comply strictly, and pay attention to even minor details. If you encounter law enforcement officers, be sure to cooperate.
