1.ANVISA
ANVISA is Brazil’s national regulatory authority with jurisdiction over product registration. Only products that have been duly registered with ANVISA may be legally marketed in Brazil, and this is the sole lawful route. Accordingly, when participating in local Brazilian trade shows to showcase your products, exhibiting companies must obtain an ANVISA temporary import permit in advance. The Brazilian National Health Surveillance Agency (ANVISA) will conduct on-site inspections at the exhibition; therefore, do not risk having your products seized and your booth impounded by attempting to bypass the licensing requirement.
Note: The sale of products to attendees is strictly prohibited during the exhibition.
2. Safety Protection
All individuals entering the exhibition hall must wear a hard hat and appropriate personal protective equipment, including rubber-soled shoes and a safety vest; failure to comply will result in denial of entry. At each unloading area within the venue, staff from the exhibition site management will conduct regular patrols. Violators will be subject to substantial fines—please take this requirement seriously.
3. Intellectual Property Protection
Exhibitors must ensure that their exhibits, exhibit packaging, promotional materials, and any display elements of their exhibition booths do not, in any respect, infringe upon or violate the rights of others. With respect to all intellectual property rights—including, but not limited to, registered or unregistered trademarks, copyrights, design patents, trade names, and patents—exhibiting entities must hold valid certificates of ownership or licensing agreements. The organizer strongly urges exhibitors not to display samples whose intellectual property status is unclear. Should an intellectual property dispute arise on-site, the organizer reserves the right to require the exhibitor to remove any exhibits subject to such disputes.
Please note that Brazil has strict regulations governing the lawful use of registered trademarks. Using a registered trademark or logo without the prior authorization of the trademark owner, or displaying exhibits that infringe upon such trademarks, is considered a serious violation of the law.
4. Power outlet
Brazil operates on 220 volts, and its standard outlet type is the flat‑blade two‑prong socket, commonly known as the European plug. Please bring your own adapter. The exhibition hall is equipped with outlets in the configuration shown in the diagram.
5. Security of Exhibits and Personal Belongings
Throughout the duration of the exhibition—including setup, display, and dismantling—please take care to safeguard your company’s exhibits and personal belongings. The organizer shall not be liable for any loss or theft of exhibits or personal items. Furthermore, the organizer assumes no responsibility for any theft or robbery that may occur during the event.
6. Food is not permitted in the exhibition hall.
During Hospitalar, food is prohibited in the exhibition halls, and the sale of food, ice cream, beverages, and cigarettes at the booths is also forbidden.
7. Individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to enter the exhibition hall.

8. In May, São Paulo’s temperatures fluctuate between 14°C and 23°C, with average daytime highs around 23°C. During the day, opt for comfortable attire such as lightweight cotton shirts, T-shirts, or thin denim jeans. Nighttime averages about 14°C, so it’s advisable to wear a trench coat, jacket, or a light sweater to stay warm. For business events or more formal meetings, be sure to bring smart‑casual or formal attire. As São Paulo experiences its dry season in May with limited rainfall, remember to stay well‑hydrated.
