The Uzbekistan International Medical Exhibition will be held on… April 16–18, 2024 In Tashkent Grand opening—this highly anticipated professional pharmaceutical event in Central Asia, It has vigorously propelled the robust growth of the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors in Uzbekistan and across Central Asia, highlighting the region’s immense development potential. This medical exhibition is being held concurrently with the Uzbekistan Dental Exhibition and has, since its inception, enjoyed strong support and attention from the Ministry of Public Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Dental Association, the State Agency for Pharmaceutical and Medical Technologies, and the Tashkent City Government. As the event draws near, we would like to remind all exhibitors to take note of the relevant arrangements to ensure a smooth participation.

Exhibitor Badge Collection

⚠️ The information on your credential is based on the badge details you previously registered in the online exhibition catalog system. Please present a screenshot of the barcode located in the upper-right corner of the online system page at the Exhibitors’ Registration Desk to collect your badge.
⚠️ All exhibitors are required to carry their exhibitor badges at all times, present them for entry into the exhibition hall, and report for duty and depart on time in accordance with the established schedule.
Exhibition Setup Precautions
Exhibitors must adhere strictly to the exhibition setup schedule. Booth construction shall comply with venue requirements; high‑viscosity adhesives, tapes, or other similar materials may not be applied directly to display panels. Panels may be suspended using S‑shaped hooks, but nailing, drilling, melting, or any other actions that damage the panels are prohibited. The placement of exhibits must not exceed the designated booth area. Smoking is prohibited throughout the venue, and open flames are strictly forbidden.
Other Notes
1. Exhibition Hall Access Hours: Exhibitors are required to enter and exit the exhibition hall strictly in accordance with its opening hours. Please note that on the exhibition’s final day (April 18), the venue will be open to visitors until 3:00 p.m.; therefore, exhibitors are strictly prohibited from dismantling their exhibits or leaving the premises before this time. Violation of this provision will directly affect the exhibitor’s application to participate in future exhibitions.
2. Waste Disposal: On the day of exhibit setup and at the end of each exhibition day, please place your waste in the designated bins. The organizer will provide scheduled waste collection once daily. For large items generated during setup and dismantling, exhibitors may dispose of them themselves in nearby trash bins.
3. Exhibit Equipment Rental: The organizer will deliver the equipment to your booth based on the rental form you previously submitted. Additional rentals can be arranged on-site, payable in cash. (Availability of additional equipment is subject to the contractor’s inventory.)
4. During the exhibition, it is prohibited to solicit or sell products unrelated to pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or medical devices; it is also forbidden to share a booth with companies of unclear origin. All participating enterprises—particularly those representing China at international events—must uphold the nation’s and the people’s image. The sale of counterfeit or substandard products is strictly prohibited, and any products subject to intellectual property disputes are expressly barred from exhibiting.
5. Security Services: During the exhibition, the Organizing Committee and the venue will be responsible for ensuring safety in public areas. After closing hours, the venue’s security team, appointed by the Organizing Committee, will oversee on-site security. All exhibitors are required to strictly adhere to all venue regulations, present their identification upon entry and exit, and refrain from remaining on the premises after hours. Throughout the event, exhibitors shall assume responsibility for the security of their customer information, sensitive business secrets, and personal belongings such as mobile phones, cameras, and computers; please ensure these items are securely stored.
6. Conference Welcome Dinner: On the evening of April 16, Location: Hyatt Regency Tashkent (1, Alisher Navoi Str.), Each company is entitled to two admission tickets.

Travel Advisory
1. Please bring your original passport (with at least six months of validity) and your round-trip flight itinerary.
2. Effective March 1, 2021, Uzbekistan has implemented a 10-day visa-free entry policy for citizens of China, including the Hong Kong and Macao Special Administrative Regions.
3. Bring an ample supply of brochures, posters, and other materials.
4. Mobile phone (with international roaming enabled), charger, power bank, and travel adapter.
5. Bring your toiletries and necessary clothing, and pack some of your regular medications—such as gastrointestinal remedies, allergy pills, fever reducers, and pain relievers—for emergencies.
6. Please do not place computers, batteries, or power banks in your checked baggage.
7. Uzbekistan is a Muslim-majority country, so halal cuisine is widely available, along with local specialties and Russian dishes. You can also find cuisines from other countries, such as Korean and German fare. Moreover, there are numerous Chinese restaurants run by both Chinese expatriates and locals, so you needn’t worry about not being able to enjoy authentic Chinese food.
8. Please note that Uzbeks do not eat pork, dog, donkey meat, or animal blood; when ordering, please avoid these ingredients.
9. Tashkent is 3 hours behind China; the time there is Beijing Time minus 3 hours.
10. Regarding currency, the local official currency is the Uzbek som (UZS). Please note that, There are not many places locally that accept UnionPay cards, so it’s a good idea to carry Visa or Mastercard credit cards. 。
11. In April, Tashkent’s temperatures fluctuate between 10°C and 25°C, with an average daytime high of around 20°C. It’s advisable to bring lightweight long-sleeved or short-sleeved clothing to suit the warm daytime conditions, along with a light jacket or trench coat to handle the temperature differences between morning and evening. For business events or more formal meetings and receptions, please prepare smart‑casual attire.
12. Tashkent’s electrical supply standard is similar to China’s, at 220V and 50Hz. All outlets in Tashkent use the European-style two-round-pin plug.
