Exhibition setup time /
▪ It is recommended that exhibitors at standard booths arrive at the venue no earlier than 1:00 PM on July 9, 2024, to begin setup.
▪ All booth installations must be completed by 2:00 PM on July 9, 2024, including the removal of all construction debris and waste from the exhibition hall.
▪ Booth setup and exhibit arrangement (placement of exhibits, furniture, AV equipment, and backdrop; as well as booth cleaning) to be completed by 9 July 2024, 21:00.
▪ Failure to complete by the aforementioned deadline will result in substantial overtime charges.

▪ Exhibitors and contractors are strictly prohibited from dismantling their exhibits or booth structures before 6:00 p.m. Any violation will result in penalties imposed by the organizer or the venue management.
▪ Booth dismantling or exhibit packing must be completed before 6:00 p.m.; any violations will be subject to penalties.
▪ Exhibitors are advised to leave at least one person on-site at their booth during the dismantling period. If any exhibits are to be handed over, please ensure that you do not leave your booth until the handover has been completed. The organizer shall not be liable for any loss of exhibits occurring during this period.
▪ All exhibitors must remove their exhibits from their booths by 10:00 PM. The organizer and the venue shall not be liable for any items left behind after this time in exhibition spaces, passageways, or loading areas.
▪ For all instances where the time limits specified above are exceeded, applicable handling fees will be charged.

Exhibition Guidelines and Important Notes /
Badge Collection /
All exhibitor badges, including those for on-site temporary staff, must be applied for in advance online through the Exhibitor Badges module of the Customer Centre. ASIA HEALTH & MEDLAB ASIA 2024 will no longer have an on-site registration desk, nor will it provide paper-based badges.
Exhibitors may save the badge QR code to their mobile devices or print it out and bring it to the exhibition venue. At the venue, entry into the exhibition halls will be granted by scanning the QR code.
Notes on Rent Increases for Exhibition Equipment /
1. For additional electricity capacity at standard booths, please contact the officially designated provider directly. Orders for additional electricity capacity must be confirmed and payment completed by May 29, 2024, to qualify for the discounted rate; after this date, the standard rate will apply. For any inquiries, please contact supranee.cho@nccimage.com.
2. For the relevant exhibition equipment rental extension form, please log in to the Customer Center and click under Exhibitor Forms. Furniture Order Form_MLA2024 , download the form for the service you require, complete it, and return it to the email address specified in the form.
3. Orders for exhibition equipment and additional power capacity must be confirmed and paid by May 29, 2024, to qualify for the discounted rate. After this deadline, standard pricing will apply, and delivery times cannot be guaranteed. For any inquiries, please contact: supranee.cho@nccimage.com.
Exhibition Tips /
1. Intellectual Property Protection
For any exhibits involving trademarks, patents, copyrights, or quality certifications, exhibitors must provide valid certificates of rights or usage‑license agreements. The organizer strongly urges exhibitors not to display samples with unclear intellectual‑property status. Should an IP dispute arise on site, the organizer reserves the right to require the exhibitor to remove any exhibits subject to such disputes. For companies that continue to exhibit in violation of these requirements, the organizer reserves the right to seal off their booth.
2. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Guidelines
During both the setup and dismantling phases, exhibitors and contractors are responsible for ensuring the health and safety of all on-site personnel. Personal protective equipment (PPE) must meet at least the minimum standards to prevent injuries. Mandatory requirements: All exhibitors and contractors must provide safety apparel that complies with the minimum standards, including safety shoes that protect the toes and high‑visibility safety vests. In addition, standard requirements include hard hats, safety goggles, and hearing protection.
3. During the setup period (July 8–9, 2024)
During the setup period, please temporarily store your empty crates and waste inside your own booth; do not leave them in the aisles, nor place them on other booths. After the exhibition setup is complete, please collect all empty crates and waste and dispose of them in the designated trash bins located outside the entrance/exit of the exhibition hall. Exhibition venue staff will conduct regular patrols; violators will face substantial fines. Please take this seriously.
4. During the event period (July 10–12, 2024)
Please dispose of any waste generated during the event promptly to keep your booth and passageways tidy. After closing each day, kindly place all booth trash and discarded materials in the bins located outside the exhibition hall’s entrance and exit doors.
5. During the dismantling period (July 12, 2024)
Please note: During the first two days of the exhibition (before 6:00 p.m. each day) and on the final day (before 5:00 p.m.), exhibitors are prohibited from leaving the venue early or dismantling/packing up their exhibits. Any violation will result in a fine. During the dismantling period, please take care to safeguard your company’s exhibits and personal belongings; the organizer shall not be held responsible for any loss or theft of exhibits or personal items occurring during this time.
6. Material Transportation and Entry into the Exhibition Hall
Upon arrival at the exhibition venue, all materials must be entrusted to DSV Fairs & Events L.L.C., the official freight forwarder for the exhibition, and the corresponding fees must be paid. For further details, please contact DSV Fairs & Events L.L.C. via email: georges.nassif@dsv.com 。
Exhibitors may bring items into the exhibition hall by hand, but the use of rental carts, flatbed trucks, or any mechanical equipment to transport goods into the venue is prohibited. DSV Fairs & Events L.L.C., the official freight carrier for the exhibition, will exercise full control over access to and from the loading/unloading area to ensure safety and order at the set-up and tear-down sites. During the event, only authorized personnel of exhibiting companies may enter the hall carrying items by hand. All goods and construction materials in the loading/unloading area are under the sole responsibility of DSV Fairs & Events L.L.C.
7. Safety Matters
1) Throughout the duration of the exhibition—during setup, display, and dismantling—please take care to safeguard your company’s exhibits and personal belongings. The organizer shall not be liable for any loss or theft of exhibits or personal items.
2) Exhibitors are prohibited from standing on chairs, tables, or any other rented exhibition equipment. None of the exhibit fixtures is designed to support human weight. NCC shall not be liable for any injuries, falls, or other incidents resulting from improper use of such equipment. If you require assistance during booth setup, please complete the Labor Order Form to request staff support. Ladders and related tools will be provided.
3) Please prioritize your personal safety and stay away from specially constructed exhibition booths, scaffolding, shelving, and other equipment or display fixtures that could pose a risk of falling objects, to prevent injuries or fatalities.
4) All individuals entering the exhibition hall must wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including rubber-soled shoes and safety vests; otherwise, they will be denied entry.
8. At no time shall individuals under the age of 16 be permitted to enter the exhibition venue, including during the setup, exhibition period, and dismantling phases.
9. Food is strictly prohibited from being brought into the exhibition hall.

Travel Advisory /
1. Bring your original passport (with at least six months of validity), your insurance policy, and your round-trip flight itinerary.
2. Thailand’s immigration authorities require visitors holding tourist visas or visas on arrival to carry at least RMB 5,000 or its equivalent in U.S. dollars, and may conduct random checks upon entry. Travelers are advised to keep at least RMB 5,000 in cash on their person.
3. Bring an ample supply of brochures, posters, and other materials.
4. Mobile phone (with international roaming enabled), charger, power bank, and travel adapter.
5. Bring your toiletries and necessary clothing, and pack some of your regular medications—such as gastrointestinal remedies, allergy pills, fever reducers, and pain relievers—for emergencies.
6. Please do not place computers, batteries, or power banks in your checked baggage.
7. Thais strongly disapprove of others touching their heads, including those of children; they regard the head as the seat of wisdom and believe that each person has a precious, sacred spirit residing there.
8. Bangkok, Thailand is one hour behind China; the time is Beijing Time minus one hour.
9. Regarding currency, the Thai baht (THB) is approximately 1.97 yuan per 10 THB. Please note that credit cards (such as VISA and MasterCard) and UnionPay cards are widely accepted throughout Thailand.
10. In July, Bangkok’s temperatures typically range from 25°C to 33°C, with relatively high average daytime highs. It’s advisable to wear breathable, lightweight clothing, such as short-sleeved shirts, T-shirts, and light shorts or thin denim. For business events or more formal meetings, be sure to bring smart attire. Given Bangkok’s intense heat and strong sunshine, remember to protect your skin with sunscreen and stay well-hydrated.
11. Bangkok’s electrical supply standard is similar to China’s, at 220V and 50Hz. All outlets are German‑standard two‑round‑pin plugs.
