Important Reminder

1. Intellectual Property Protection

For exhibits involving trademarks, patents, copyrights, or quality certifications, participating exhibitors must possess valid certificates of rights or licensing agreements. The organizer strongly urges exhibitors not to display samples with unclear intellectual property status. Should any intellectual property disputes arise on-site, the organizer reserves the right to require exhibitors to remove exhibits subject to IP controversy. For companies that continue to exhibit in violation of these requirements, the organizer reserves the right to seal off their exhibition booth.

2. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Guidelines

During both the setup and dismantling phases, exhibitors and contractors are responsible for ensuring the health and safety of all on-site personnel. Personal protective equipment (PPE) must meet at least the minimum standards to prevent injuries. Mandatory requirements: All exhibitors and contractors must provide safety apparel that complies with the minimum standards, including safety shoes that protect the toes and high‑visibility safety vests. In addition, standard requirements include hard hats, safety goggles, and hearing protection.

3. During the setup period (June 17–18, 2024)

During the setup period, please keep your empty crates and waste materials on your own booth; do not place them in the aisles, nor leave them on other booths. Once the exhibition is set up, please collect all empty crates and waste and dispose of them in the designated trash bins located outside the entrance and exit of the exhibition hall. Exhibition venue management staff will conduct regular inspections, and violators will be subject to substantial fines. Please take this seriously.

4. During the event period (June 19–21, 202X)

Please dispose of any waste generated during the event promptly to keep your booth and passageways tidy. After closing each day, kindly empty all booth trash and discarded materials into the bins located outside the exhibition hall’s entrances and exits.

5. Exhibition Dismantling Period (June 21–22, 2024)

Please note: During the first two days of the exhibition (before 5:00 p.m. each day) and on the final day (before 4:15 p.m.), exhibitors are prohibited from leaving early or dismantling/packing up their exhibits. Any violation will result in a fine.

1) After the exhibition concludes, you may leave general household waste and ordinary废弃物 on your booth. However, for special types of waste or items that are oversized or overweight, you must submit a prior request to the venue’s waste‑removal department for collection services. The organizer and the venue shall not be liable for any items left in the exhibition hall overnight or beyond the designated time (14:00 on June 22, 2024).

2) During the dismantling period, please take care to safeguard your company’s exhibits and personal belongings. The organizer shall not be liable for any loss or theft of exhibits or personal items occurring during this time.

6. Material Transportation and Entry into the Venue

Upon arrival at the exhibition venue, all materials must be entrusted to Expo CCI, the official freight forwarder for the event, and the corresponding fees must be paid. For further details, please contact Expo CCI at info@expocci.com.

Exhibitors may carry items into the exhibition hall by hand, but the use of rental carts, flatbed trucks, or any mechanical equipment to transport goods into the venue is prohibited. Expo CCI, the official freight carrier for the exhibition, will exercise full control over access to and from the loading/unloading area to ensure safety and order at the set-up and tear-down sites. During the event, only authorized staff of exhibiting companies may enter the hall carrying items by hand. All goods and construction materials in the loading/unloading area are under the sole responsibility of Expo CCI.

7. Safety Matters

1) Throughout the duration of the exhibition—during setup, display, and dismantling—please take care to safeguard your company’s exhibits and personal belongings. The organizer shall not be liable for any loss or theft of exhibits or personal items.

2) Exhibitors are prohibited from standing on chairs, tables, or any other rented exhibition equipment. None of the exhibit fixtures are designed to support human weight. Expo CCI shall not be liable for any injuries, falls, or other incidents resulting from the improper use of exhibition equipment. If you require assistance during booth construction, please complete the Labor Order Form to request staff support. Ladders and related tools will be provided.

3) Please prioritize your personal safety and stay away from specially constructed exhibition booths, scaffolding, shelving, and other equipment or display fixtures that could pose a risk of falling objects, to prevent injuries or fatalities.

4) All individuals entering the exhibition hall must wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including rubber-soled shoes and safety vests; otherwise, they will be denied entry.

8. At no time may individuals under the age of 16 enter the exhibition venue, including during the setup, exhibition, and dismantling phases.
