To help you better plan your travel and other arrangements during the show, we have compiled the relevant information below for your reference and preparation.

*Special Note: Throughout the duration of the exhibition—covering set-up, the exhibition itself, and dismantling—please take care to safeguard your company’s exhibits and personal belongings. The organizer shall not be liable for any loss or theft of exhibits or personal items.

📣 Special Reminder: During the exhibition and on the final day, exhibitors are prohibited from leaving the venue ahead of schedule. Any violation will result in the organizer placing your company on a blacklist, which may affect your eligibility to register for future exhibitions.
Part 03
After exhibitors have completed the Exhibitor Badge information online, they can click PRINT to obtain their electronic exhibitor badge. You can take a screenshot to save it or print it out, then present it on-site to scan the code and enter the exhibition hall.
1. During the exhibition, power will be cut off daily one hour after closing. At that time, all water and electricity services will be shut down, unless you and the organizer have previously submitted a request for extended or 24-hour power usage.
2. During the event, no exhibits may be brought into or removed from the exhibition hall.
3. Exhibitors are obligated to safeguard their exhibits; please carry valuable items with you at all times to prevent theft. Any liability arising from the loss, theft, or damage of exhibits shall be borne solely by the exhibitor.
4. After the exhibition concludes, any exhibits remaining in the booth may be disposed of by the venue, including being sold. Exhibitors are responsible for removing all waste from their booths following the event. For any waste left behind after the exhibition, the venue will charge exhibitors a waste disposal fee.
5. Avoid damaging the booth’s structure and facilities to prevent fines.
Part 04
1. Please bring your original passport (with at least six months of validity) and your flight itinerary.
2. Bring an ample supply of brochures, posters, and other materials.
3. Mobile phone (with international roaming enabled), charger, power bank, and travel adapter.
4. Credit card (it’s recommended to take a photo of the card number and set a payment limit), plus an appropriate amount of foreign currency (Turkish lira).
5. Bring your toiletries and necessary clothing, and keep a supply of your regular medications—such as gastrointestinal remedies, allergy pills, fever reducers, and pain relievers—for emergencies.
6. Turkey is a country with a tipping culture; tips are typically expected for dining and baggage handling. In addition, please note that public restrooms on Turkish streets typically charge a fee, so it’s advisable to carry some small change in Turkish lira.
7. Do not place computers, batteries, or power banks in your checked baggage.
8. Turkey is 5 hours behind China; the time in Turkey is Beijing Time minus 5 hours.
9. In Istanbul, Turkey, April temperatures typically range from 8°C to 16°C, with an average daytime high of around 16°C. It’s advisable to bring lightweight yet warm clothing, such as long-sleeved shirts and cozy knitwear, to suit the day’s milder weather, and pack a jacket or trench coat to handle the cooler mornings and evenings. For business meetings or more formal visits, be sure to prepare smart attire. During this season, Istanbul sees relatively little rainfall, so remember to stay hydrated.
10. Currency: The official currency in Istanbul, Turkey, is the Turkish lira. Please note that credit cards (such as VISA and MasterCard) and UnionPay cards are widely accepted throughout Turkey.
11. Electricity Supply: The electricity supply standard in Istanbul, Turkey, is similar to that of China, at 220V and 50Hz. All outlets in Istanbul use German‑standard two‑round‑pin plugs.
