The organizer shall not be held liable for any loss or theft of exhibits or personal items.

📢 Special Reminder: During the exhibition and on the final day, exhibitors are prohibited from leaving early. Any violation will result in the organizer placing your company on a blacklist, which may affect your eligibility to register for future exhibitions.




Part 3

Exhibition Guidelines and Important Notes






1. Waste Disposal: To maintain the basic cleanliness of your booth and ensure a positive exhibition image, exhibitors are requested to flatten cardboard boxes during setup and dispose of them, along with other waste, in the nearby trash bins. Exhibitors whose exhibits are being returned, please ask your freight forwarder to keep your packing crates for use during dismantling. During the exhibition period, please dispose of your lunch boxes in the designated trash bins within the exhibition venue. At the end of each day’s exhibition, place your garbage bags in the corridor outside your booth for collection by the venue’s cleaning staff. Any cleanup costs incurred due to improper waste disposal will be borne by the exhibitor.

2. Waste Disposal for Special-Design Booths: Exhibitors responsible for their own booth construction are required to apply in advance for services such as electricity and waste removal.

3. Exhibition Hall Entry and Exit Times: Exhibitors are required to enter and exit the exhibition hall strictly in accordance with its opening hours; please note, On the final day of the exhibition (April 8), the opening hours for visitors are until 2:30 PM Therefore, Exhibitors are strictly prohibited from dismantling their exhibits or leaving the venue prior to this time. Violation of this provision will directly affect the exhibitor’s application to participate in the next event.

4. Infringement Issues: During the exhibition, companies found to be involved in infringement may face consequences such as having their booths shut down on-site and being held legally liable.

5. Booth and Exhibit Security: Exhibitors are obligated to ensure the safety of their booths and exhibits. The exhibition organizer shall not be liable for any loss or damage to exhibitors’ personal belongings, exhibits, or booth facilities during the duration of the event. Upon conclusion of the day’s exhibition, please dispose of your exhibits appropriately and remove all personal valuables from the venue.

6. Sale of Exhibits: During the entire duration of the exhibition, the on-site sale of any exhibits is strictly prohibited.




Part 4

Travel Advisory


1. Bring your original passport (with at least six months of validity) and your flight itinerary.

2. Bring an ample supply of brochures, posters, and other materials.

3. Mobile phone (with international roaming enabled), charger, power bank, and travel adapter.

4. Credit card (it is recommended to take a photo of the card number and set a payment limit), and an appropriate amount of foreign currency (euros).

5. Bring your toiletries and necessary clothing, and pack some of your regular medications—such as gastrointestinal remedies, allergy pills, fever reducers, and pain relievers—for emergencies.

6. Please do not place computers, batteries, or power banks in your checked baggage.

7. French people usually use “ Hello “(Hello)” is used to greet others, whether in a store, a restaurant, or a public place. You can also use the same greeting when responding.

8. Paris is 6 hours behind China; the time in Paris is Beijing Time minus 6 hours.

9. In April, Paris’s temperatures range from 10°C to 16°C, with an average daytime high of 16°C. It’s recommended to wear light spring attire, such as sweaters or thin down jackets, to accommodate possible temperature differences between morning and evening. For business events or more formal meetings and receptions, please bring smart‑casual or formal attire.

10. Currency: The official currency in Paris is the euro. Please note that credit cards (such as VISA and MasterCard) and UnionPay cards are widely accepted throughout the city.

11. Electricity Supply: Paris’s electricity supply standard is similar to China’s, typically 230V at 50Hz. The city uses European‑standard two‑round‑pin sockets.
