II. Exhibition Schedule

Exhibition setup time

It is recommended that exhibitors at standard booths arrive at the venue no earlier than 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 31, 2025, to begin setup.

All booth construction Completion is required by 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 31, 2025, including the removal of all construction debris and waste from the exhibition hall.

Booth Setup & Exhibit Arrangement (Installation of exhibits, furniture, AV equipment, and booth backdrop; as well as booth cleaning) Must be completed by 5:00 PM on Monday, September 1, 2025.

Failure to complete by the aforementioned deadline will result in substantial overtime charges.

Exhibition Duration

Special Note: Throughout the duration of the exhibition—covering set-up, display, and dismantling—please take care to safeguard your company’s exhibits and personal belongings. The organizer shall not be liable for any loss or theft of exhibits or personal items.

Exhibition closing time

• Before 5:30 PM Strictly prohibited Exhibitors and booth contractors shall dismantle their exhibits and exhibition structures; violators will be subject to penalties imposed by the organizer or the venue management authority.

• Booth dismantling or exhibit packing before 4:00 p.m. will result in penalties upon discovery.

• Exhibitors are advised to leave at least one person at their booth during the dismantling period to supervise it. If any exhibits need to be handed over, please ensure that you do not leave the booth until after the handover has been completed. The organizer shall not be held liable for any loss of exhibits occurring during this time.

• The organizer and the exhibition venue shall not be liable for any items left behind in exhibition booths, passageways, or during goods-handling areas after nightfall or after 2:00 p.m. on Friday, September 5, 2025.

• For all instances exceeding the time limits specified above, applicable handling fees will be charged.



III. Exhibition Guidelines and Important Notes


1. Intellectual Property Protection

For any exhibits involving trademarks, patents, copyrights, or quality certifications, exhibitors must provide valid certificates of rights or usage‑license agreements. The organizer strongly advises exhibitors against displaying samples with unclear intellectual‑property status. Should an IP dispute arise on site, the organizer reserves the right to require the exhibitor to remove any exhibits subject to such disputes. For companies that continue to exhibit in violation of these provisions, the organizer may seal off their booth.

2. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Guidelines

During the setup and dismantling phases, exhibitors and contractors are responsible for ensuring the health and safety of all on-site personnel. Personal protective equipment (PPE) must meet at least the minimum standards to prevent injuries. Mandatory requirements: All exhibitors and contractors must provide PPE that complies with the minimum standards, including safety shoes with toe protection and high‑visibility safety vests. In addition, standard requirements include hard hats, safety goggles, and hearing protection.

Special Note: During the construction of a bare‑bones booth, safety helmets, safety shoes, and high‑visibility safety vests must be worn at all times.

3. During the setup period (August 29–September 1, 2025)

During the setup period, please keep your empty crates and waste materials on your own booth; do not leave them in the aisles, nor place them on other booths. Upon completion of the exhibition setup, please collect all empty crates and waste and dispose of them in the designated trash bins located outside the entrance and exit doors of the exhibition hall.

Exhibition venue staff will conduct regular patrols, and violators will face substantial fines. Please take this seriously.

4. Event Period (September 2–4, 2025) )

No temporary additional rental services will be provided at the exhibition venue. If you have any questions regarding the delivery of extra exhibition equipment prior to the event, please contact the on-site service staff on the day of setup. Specific service times and locations will be announced in the pre-event notice issued one week before the opening.

Please dispose of any waste generated during the event promptly to keep your booth and passageways tidy. After closing each day, kindly place booth trash and other废弃物 in the bins located outside the exhibition hall’s entrances and exits.

5. Exhibition Withdrawal Period (September 4–5, 2025)

Please note: During the first two days of the exhibition (before 5:00 p.m. each day) and on the final day (before 5:30 p.m.), exhibitors are prohibited from leaving early or dismantling/packing up their exhibits; violators will be subject to a fine.

1) After the exhibition concludes, you may leave general household waste and ordinary refuse at your booth; however, for special types of waste or items (such as oversized or overweight materials), you must submit a prior request to the venue’s waste‑removal department for collection services. Exhibits and personal belongings must be removed from your booth by 10:00 p.m. at the latest.

2) During the dismantling period, please take good care of your company’s exhibits and personal belongings. The organizer shall not be liable for any loss or theft of exhibits or personal items occurring during this time.

6. Material Transportation and Entry into the Venue

Upon arrival at the exhibition venue, all materials must be entrusted to DSV Fairs & Events LLC, the official freight forwarder for the exhibition, and the corresponding fees must be paid. Exhibitors may bring items into the exhibition hall by hand, but the use of rental carts, flatbed trucks, or any mechanical equipment to transport goods into the venue is prohibited. DSV Fairs & Events LLC, the official freight carrier for the exhibition, will exercise full control over access to and from the loading/unloading area to ensure safety and order at the set-up and tear-down sites. During the exhibition, only authorized staff of exhibiting companies may enter the hall carrying items by hand. All goods and construction materials in the loading/unloading area are under the sole responsibility of DSV Fairs & Events LLC.

7. Safety Matters

1) Throughout the duration of the exhibition—during setup, display, and dismantling—please take care to safeguard your company’s exhibits and personal belongings. The organizer shall not be liable for any loss or theft of exhibits or personal items.

2) Exhibitors are prohibited from standing on chairs, tables, or any other rented exhibition equipment. All such equipment is not designed to support human weight. The organizer and the booth construction company shall not be liable for any injuries, falls, or other incidents resulting from improper use of exhibition equipment.

3) Please note Personal safety Keep a safe distance from specially constructed exhibition booths, scaffolding, shelving, and other equipment or display fixtures that could pose a risk of falling objects, to prevent injuries or fatalities.

4) All individuals entering the exhibition hall All personnel must wear personal protective equipment, including rubber-soled shoes and safety vests, among others. , otherwise entry to the exhibition hall will be prohibited.

8. Persons under the age of 16 are not permitted to enter the exhibition hall.

9. Food is strictly prohibited from being brought into the exhibition hall.


IV. Entry Requirements


1. According to an announcement from the South African Visa Application Centre, effective January 4, 2016, passengers transiting through South Africa’s Johannesburg O.R. Tambo International Airport, Cape Town International Airport, Durban King Shaka International Airport, and Johannesburg Lanseria International Airport en route to six neighboring countries—Zimbabwe, Namibia, Lesotho, Botswana, Eswatini, and Mozambique—are exempt from obtaining a transit visa.

2. Passengers are permitted to bring into the country no more than 200 cigarettes, 20 cigars, 250 grams of tobacco, 50 milliliters of perfume or 250 milliliters of eau de toilette, 2 liters of wine, 1 liter of spirits, and items valued at no more than 5,000 rand.

3. Travelers aged one year or older arriving in or transiting through South Africa from countries at risk of yellow fever—including those entering South Africa via such countries—must present a valid certificate of yellow fever vaccination (commonly known as the “yellow card”), regardless of the length of their stay. The yellow fever vaccine must be administered at least 10 days prior to travel to be effective, and no vaccination services are available at South African airports. V. Travel Advisory


1. Bring the original passport, along with photocopies of the passport’s information page, visa pages, insurance policy, and round-trip airline tickets.

2. Bring an ample supply of brochures, posters, and other materials.

3. Mobile phone (with international roaming enabled), charger, power bank, and travel adapter.

4. Bring your toiletries and necessary clothing, and pack some of your regular medications—such as gastrointestinal remedies, allergy pills, fever reducers, and pain relievers—for emergencies.

5. Please do not place computers, batteries, or power banks in your checked baggage.

6. South Africa is 6 hours behind China; the time there is Beijing Time minus 6 hours.

7. South Africa’s official currency is the rand (RAND). Banknotes are issued in denominations of R200, R100, R50, R20, and R10. Traveler’s checks and major foreign currencies can be exchanged at hotels, airports, and banks.

8. In September, South Africa’s temperatures typically range from 7°C to 20°C, with an average daytime high of around 19°C. It’s advisable to wear warm yet versatile clothing such as cotton shirts, long pants, and long-sleeved T-shirts. Given the significant temperature differences between morning and evening, it’s recommended to bring a lightweight down jacket to stay comfortable during cooler mornings and nights. For business events or more formal meetings and receptions, please prepare smart‑casual attire.

9. South Africa operates on 220V, with a three‑pronged triangular plug; the power cord uses the standard South African plug. We will carefully provide you with an adapter plug.

10. Africans tend to have a strong sense of national identity, so it is best to address them by their nationality. South Africans who are Christian avoid the number 13 and Fridays; South African Black people deeply revere their ancestors and are particularly sensitive to any disrespect shown toward their forebears. When conversing with South Africans, there are four topics best avoided: do not praise or criticize white people; refrain from commenting on relations or conflicts between different Black ethnic groups or factions; do not question or criticize traditional Black customs; and do not offer congratulations simply because the other person has had a son.
