European Association for Cranio-Maxillofacial Surgery (EACMFS) Congress

The European Association for Cranio-Maxillofacial Surgery Congress is the premier European forum for cranio-maxillofacial surgery, covering orthognathic surgery, maxillofacial reconstruction, skull base surgery, trauma, and digital surgical techniques.

Over 2,350 registered attendees from more than 55 countries, along with 112 exhibitors spanning medical devices, biomaterials, 3D printing equipment, and other fields.

Craniofacial reconstruction materials, maxillofacial surgical instruments, intraoperative navigation systems, orthognathic correction devices, and 3D‑printed prosthetic implants.

1. Complete the exhibition application form, ensuring that all information is accurate and error-free.
2. Confirm booth information, sign the exhibition contract, and pay the applicable fees as stipulated in the contract.
3. Handle matters related to booth registration, banner board fabrication, the exhibition catalog, rental of exhibition equipment and booth construction, as well as exhibit transportation.
4. Prepare exhibition materials such as brochures, posters, and business cards.
5. Confirm the list of exhibitors and coordinate their exhibition itinerary.
6. If a visa is required, promptly arrange the necessary visa procedures for all exhibition participants.
7. During the event, systematically advance all exhibition-related tasks to ensure the project is successfully implemented.
8. Upon completion of the project, arrange for the issuance of invoices.
