The Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Gynecologic Endoscopy and Minimally Invasive Therapy is the most prestigious academic forum in Japan’s gynecologic endoscopy and minimally invasive treatment fields, focusing on the innovation and dissemination of endoscopic, robotic, and minimally invasive surgical techniques.

2025: Over 3,500 Japanese and Asian experts will attend, with more than 120 exhibitors, including 70% from local companies.

Gynecological endoscopy equipment, minimally invasive surgical instruments, gynecological oncology treatment devices, obstetric emergency equipment, reproductive medicine devices, and gynecological rehabilitation aids.

1. Complete the exhibition application form, ensuring that all information is accurate and error-free.
2. Confirm the booth information, sign the exhibition contract, and pay the relevant fees as stipulated in the contract.
3. Handle matters related to booth registration, banner board fabrication, the exhibition catalog, rental of exhibition equipment and booth construction, as well as exhibit transportation.
4. Prepare exhibition materials such as brochures, posters, and business cards.
5. Confirm the list of exhibitors and coordinate their exhibition schedules.
6. If a visa is required, promptly arrange the necessary visa procedures for all exhibition participants.
7. During the event, systematically advance all exhibition-related tasks to ensure the project is successfully implemented.
8. Upon completion of the project, arrange for the issuance of invoices.
