World Trauma Congress (WTC)

The World Trauma Congress is a premier global academic forum in the fields of trauma and emergency surgery, co-hosted by the World Consortium for Trauma Care (WCTC) and the European Society for Trauma and Emergency Surgery (ESTES). It focuses on interdisciplinary collaboration and global innovation across the entire continuum of trauma care.

2024 (the previous edition): Over 8,000 global experts attended, with more than 250 exhibitors and over 40 international rescue-themed sessions.

Trauma first-aid equipment, emergency surgical instruments, hemostatic products, trauma monitoring systems, disaster relief medical devices, and trauma rehabilitation equipment.

1. Complete the exhibition application form, ensuring that all information is accurate and error-free.
2. Confirm the booth information, sign the exhibition contract, and pay the relevant fees as stipulated in the contract.
3. Handle matters related to booth registration, banner board production, the official exhibition catalog, rental of exhibition equipment and booth construction, as well as exhibit transportation.
4. Prepare exhibition materials such as brochures, posters, and business cards.
5. Confirm the list of exhibitors and coordinate their exhibition schedules.
6. If a visa is required, promptly arrange the necessary visa procedures for all exhibition participants.
7. During the event, systematically advance all exhibition-related tasks to ensure the project is successfully implemented.
8. Upon completion of the project, arrange for the issuance of invoices.
