The Annual Scientific Meeting of the Society of Interventional Radiology is the largest professional gathering in interventional radiology in North America and a premier global academic forum in the field. It focuses on innovations and clinical applications in minimally invasive medicine, integrating education, research, and business networking, and serves as a central platform for the worldwide dissemination of interventional radiology techniques.

2025: Over 8,000 global interventional radiology experts in attendance, with more than 240 exhibitors, emphasizing both hands-on training and live surgical demonstrations.

Interventional radiology devices, embolic materials, image-guidance systems, interventional therapy assistive tools, and specialized interventional instruments (oncology / vascular / neurology)

1. Complete the exhibition application form, ensuring that all information is accurate and error-free.
2. Confirm the booth information, sign the exhibition contract, and pay the relevant fees as stipulated in the contract.
3. Handle matters related to booth registration, banner board fabrication, the exhibition catalog, rental of exhibition equipment and booth construction, as well as exhibit transportation.
4. Prepare exhibition materials such as brochures, posters, and business cards.
5. Confirm the list of exhibitors and coordinate their exhibition schedules.
6. If a visa is required, promptly arrange the necessary visa procedures for all exhibition participants.
7. During the event, systematically advance all exhibition-related tasks to ensure the project is successfully implemented.
8. Upon completion of the project, arrange for the issuance of invoices.
