Society of Interventional Oncology Annual Meeting (SIO)

The Annual Meeting of the Society of Interventional Oncology is the most prestigious academic forum in the global field of interventional oncology. Formerly known as the World Congress of Interventional Oncology (WCIO), it focuses on innovations in image-guided minimally invasive cancer therapies and their clinical applications, serving as a premier platform that brings together leading experts, clinicians, and industry representatives from around the world, and shaping the future direction of interventional oncology.

2025: Over 3,000 tumor interventional specialists and more than 100 exhibitors will attend, fostering exchanges on tumor interventional treatment technologies.

Tumor interventional devices, embolic materials, image-guided equipment, tumor interventional therapy adjuncts, and tumor ablation devices.

1. Complete the exhibition application form, ensuring that all information is accurate and error-free.
2. Confirm booth information, sign the exhibition contract, and pay the relevant fees as stipulated in the contract.
3. Handle matters related to booth registration, banner board fabrication, the exhibition catalog, rental of exhibition equipment and booth construction, as well as exhibit transportation.
4. Prepare exhibition materials such as brochures, posters, and business cards.
5. Confirm the list of exhibitors and coordinate their exhibition itinerary.
6. If a visa is required, promptly arrange the necessary visa procedures for all exhibition participants.
7. During the event, systematically advance all exhibition-related tasks to ensure the project is successfully implemented.
8. Upon completion of the project, arrange for the issuance of invoices.
