The World Congress on Dental Traumatology is the most prestigious international academic forum in the field of dental trauma, organized by the International Association of Dental Traumatology (IADT). It serves as a premier platform that brings together experts, clinicians, and industry representatives from around the globe, focusing on the diagnosis, treatment, and long-term follow-up of dental trauma, while shaping the direction of advances in therapeutic techniques and clinical guidelines.

Over 2,000 dental experts attended, with more than 70 exhibitors, focusing on emergency care and restorative treatment for dental trauma.

Dental trauma repair materials, dental surgical instruments, oral imaging equipment, tooth fixation devices, and endodontic treatment products.

1. Complete the exhibition application form, ensuring that all information is accurate and error-free.
2. Confirm booth information, sign the exhibition contract, and pay the applicable fees as stipulated in the contract.
3. Handle matters related to booth registration, banner board fabrication, the exhibition catalog, rental of exhibition equipment and booth construction, as well as exhibit transportation.
4. Prepare exhibition materials such as brochures, posters, and business cards.
5. Confirm the list of exhibitors and coordinate their exhibition schedules.
6. If a visa is required, promptly arrange the necessary visa procedures for all exhibition participants.
7. During the event, systematically advance all exhibition-related tasks to ensure the project is successfully implemented.
8. Upon completion of the project, arrange for the issuance of invoices.
