World Congress of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (ENDO/WEO)

The World Congress of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy is the highest‑level official gathering in the global field of gastrointestinal endoscopy, organized by the World Endoscopy Organization (WEO). It is the only worldwide specialty congress that brings together the six major geographic regions and the three major endoscopy societies’ federations, and is widely regarded as the “Global Summit” of the endoscopy community.

2024 (the previous edition): Over 5,000 global experts attended, with more than 160 exhibitors, covering the entire digestive endoscopy industry chain.

Digestive endoscopy systems, endoscopic therapeutic devices, endoscopic robots, endoscope disinfection equipment, and digestive imaging analysis software.

1. Complete the exhibition application form, ensuring that all information is accurate and error-free.
2. Confirm the booth information, sign the exhibition contract, and pay the relevant fees as stipulated in the contract.
3. Handle matters related to booth registration, banner board fabrication, the exhibition catalog, rental of exhibition equipment and booth construction, as well as exhibit transportation.
4. Prepare exhibition materials such as brochures, posters, and business cards.
5. Confirm the list of exhibitors and coordinate their exhibition schedules.
6. If a visa is required, promptly arrange the necessary visa procedures for all exhibition participants.
7. During the event, systematically advance all exhibition-related tasks to ensure the project is successfully implemented.
8. Upon completion of the project, arrange for the issuance of invoices.
