Japanese Gastroenterological Endoscopy Society (JGES) Congress

The Japanese Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy Congress is a flagship conference in the field of gastrointestinal endoscopy in Asia. Japan leads the world in endoscopic technology, and this year’s congress showcases cutting-edge advancements such as endoscopic screening for early-stage cancers, minimally invasive therapies, ultra‑thin endoscopes, and AI‑assisted endoscopy.

2025: Over 8,000 Japanese and Asian experts will attend, with more than 200 exhibitors—making it the premier conference in Japan’s gastroenterology endoscopy field.

3. Handle matters related to booth registration, banner board fabrication, the exhibition catalog, rental of exhibition equipment and booth construction, as well as exhibit transportation.
4. Prepare exhibition materials such as brochures, posters, and business cards.
5. Confirm the list of exhibitors and coordinate their exhibition schedules.
6. If a visa is required, promptly arrange the necessary visa procedures for all exhibition participants.
7. During the event, systematically advance all exhibition-related tasks to ensure the project is successfully implemented.
8. Upon completion of the project, arrange for the issuance of invoices.
