The Japanese Society of Gastrointestinal Surgery Congress is the premier academic forum in Japan’s gastrointestinal surgery field, focusing on surgical techniques in esophageal, gastrointestinal, hepato‑biliary‑pancreatic surgery, oncologic surgery, minimally invasive surgery, and perioperative management, and representing the highest level of gastrointestinal surgery in Asia.

Over 6,000 attendees and more than 150 exhibitors, focusing on minimally invasive techniques in digestive surgery.

Laparoscopy, anastomosis devices, ultrasonic scalpels, intestinal stents, intraoperative imaging systems, hemostatic devices, and postoperative drainage and wound care products.

1. Complete the exhibition application form, ensuring that all information is accurate and error-free.
2. Confirm the booth information, sign the exhibition contract, and pay the relevant fees as stipulated in the contract.
3. Handle matters related to booth registration, banner board fabrication, the exhibition catalog, rental of exhibition equipment and booth construction, as well as exhibit transportation.
4. Prepare exhibition materials such as brochures, posters, and business cards.
5. Confirm the list of exhibitors and coordinate their exhibition schedules.
6. If a visa is required, promptly arrange the necessary visa procedures for all exhibition participants.
7. During the event, systematically advance all exhibition-related tasks to ensure the project is successfully implemented.
8. Upon completion of the project, arrange for the issuance of invoices.
