American Burn Association Annual Meeting (ABA)

The American Burn Association Annual Meeting is the official annual scientific conference of the American Burn Association (ABA), and it is the largest and most authoritative multidisciplinary professional gathering in the field of burn care in North America. It brings together experts from around the world in burn surgery, critical care, wound healing, scar management, rehabilitation nursing, burn prevention, psychological support, and basic research, addressing the entire continuum of issues—from emergency burn care and infection control to reconstructive surgery, tissue engineering, regenerative medicine, and quality improvement. The program includes pre-conference courses, keynote lectures, thematic symposia, poster sessions, hands-on workshops, demonstrations of innovative technologies, and an industry exhibition, serving multidisciplinary healthcare professionals, researchers, and practitioners involved in burn care. It stands as a central platform for academic exchange and technological showcase in the North American burn care community.

2. Confirm booth information, sign the exhibition contract, and pay the relevant fees as stipulated in the contract.
3. Handle matters related to booth registration, banner board fabrication, the exhibition catalog, rental of exhibition equipment and booth construction, as well as exhibit transportation.
4. Prepare exhibition materials such as brochures, posters, and business cards.
5. Confirm the list of exhibitors and coordinate their exhibition schedules.
6. If a visa is required, promptly arrange the necessary visa procedures for all exhibition participants.
7. During the event, systematically advance all exhibition-related tasks to ensure the project is successfully implemented.
8. Upon completion of the project, arrange for the issuance of invoices.
