The Annual Meeting of the American Society for Peripheral Nerve is the official annual scientific conference of the American Society for Peripheral Nerve (ASPN), a premier international forum in the fields of peripheral nerve surgery and neuroscience. It focuses on key topics including peripheral nerve injury, nerve repair and transplantation, nerve compression syndromes, brachial plexus injuries, nerve tumors, nerve regeneration, microsurgical techniques, as well as rehabilitation and pain management. 4. Prepare exhibition materials such as brochures, posters, and business cards.
5. Confirm the list of exhibitors and coordinate their exhibition schedules.
6. If a visa is required, promptly arrange the necessary visa procedures for all exhibition participants.
7. During the event, systematically advance all exhibition-related tasks to ensure the project is successfully implemented.
8. Upon completion of the project, arrange for the issuance of invoices.
