The World Congress on Brain Injury is the premier, authoritative biennial academic event in the global brain injury field, organized by the International Brain Injury Association (IBIA). It addresses the entire spectrum of issues, including traumatic brain injury (TBI), concussion, disorders of consciousness, neurocritical care, cognitive rehabilitation, pediatric brain injury, long-term functional outcomes, psychological support, as well as prevention and policy. Bringing together multidisciplinary experts from neurosurgery, rehabilitation medicine, neurology, psychology, nursing, physical therapy, speech‑language pathology, and other fields, the congress features keynote speeches, thematic forums, poster sessions, hands‑on workshops, case discussions, and industry exhibitions, serving as a central platform for cutting‑edge academic exchange and technological advancement in the international brain injury community.

2025 (previous edition): Over 3,500 global experts attended, with more than 80 exhibitors showcasing innovative technologies for brain injury rehabilitation.

1. Complete the exhibition application form, ensuring that all information is accurate and error-free.
2. Confirm the booth information, sign the exhibition contract, and pay the relevant fees as stipulated in the contract.
3. Handle matters related to booth registration, banner board fabrication, the official exhibition catalog, rental of exhibition equipment and booth construction, as well as exhibit transportation.
4. Prepare exhibition materials such as brochures, posters, and business cards.
5. Confirm the list of exhibitors and coordinate their exhibition schedules.
6. If a visa is required, promptly arrange the necessary visa procedures for all exhibition participants.
7. During the event, systematically advance all exhibition-related tasks to ensure the project is successfully implemented.
8. Upon completion of the project, arrange for the issuance of invoices.
