The Annual Meeting of the American Society for Surgery of the Hand is the official annual flagship event of the American Society for Surgery of the Hand (ASHT), and the most authoritative, largest‑scale professional conference in the global field of hand and upper‑extremity rehabilitation. The conference focuses on key topics including hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder injuries; peripheral nerve injuries; post‑burn hand rehabilitation; scar management; joint stiffness; postoperative rehabilitation following hand trauma; orthotic devices; physical therapy; occupational therapy; and developmental disorders of the upper extremity in children. 1. Complete the exhibition application form, ensuring that all information is accurate and error-free.
2. Confirm the booth information, sign the exhibition contract, and pay the relevant fees as stipulated in the contract.
3. Handle matters related to booth registration, banner board fabrication, the exhibition catalog, rental of exhibition equipment and booth construction, as well as exhibit transportation.
4. Prepare exhibition materials such as brochures, posters, and business cards.
5. Confirm the list of exhibitors and coordinate their exhibition schedules.
6. If a visa is required, promptly arrange the necessary visa procedures for all exhibition participants.
7. During the event, systematically advance all exhibition-related tasks to ensure the project is successfully implemented.
8. Upon completion of the project, arrange for the issuance of invoices.
