The Annual Meeting of the American Society of Neuropathologists is the premier professional academic conference in the field of neuropathology, both in the United States and worldwide. It is the flagship event hosted by the only U.S.-based society dedicated exclusively to the clinical and scientific practice of neuropathology, encompassing the full spectrum of central nervous system tumors, neurodegenerative diseases, neuromuscular disorders, neuroinfections, forensic neuropathology, and more. As such, it serves as a central platform for clinical exchange, technical training, and industry collaboration among neuropathologists globally.

1. Complete the exhibition application form, ensuring that all information is accurate and error-free.
2. Confirm booth information, sign the exhibition contract, and pay the applicable fees as stipulated in the contract.
3. Handle matters related to booth registration, banner board fabrication, the exhibition catalog, rental of exhibition equipment and booth construction, as well as exhibit transportation.
4. Prepare exhibition materials such as brochures, posters, and business cards.
5. Confirm the list of exhibitors and coordinate their exhibition schedules.
6. If a visa is required, promptly arrange the necessary visa procedures for all exhibition participants.
7. During the event, systematically advance all exhibition-related tasks to ensure the project is successfully implemented.
8. Upon completion of the project, arrange for the issuance of invoices.
