World Congress on Neurorehabilitation (WCNR)

The World Congress of Neurorehabilitation is the highest‑level, most authoritative, and comprehensive flagship academic conference in the global neurorehabilitation field. Held every two years, it is the only worldwide platform that integrates basic neuroscience, clinical diagnosis and treatment, intelligent technologies, public health, and multidisciplinary collaboration. The congress brings together practitioners across the entire care continuum—neurologists, rehabilitation physicians, therapists, nurses, researchers, and technical engineers—thereby shaping the global standards for neurorehabilitation and guiding the advancement of related technologies.

1. Complete the exhibition application form, ensuring that all information is accurate and error-free.
2. Confirm the booth information, sign the exhibition contract, and pay the relevant fees as stipulated in the contract.
3. Handle matters related to booth registration, banner board fabrication, the exhibition catalog, rental of exhibition equipment and booth construction, as well as exhibit transportation.
4. Prepare exhibition materials such as brochures, posters, and business cards.
5. Confirm the list of exhibitors and coordinate their exhibition schedules.
6. If a visa is required, promptly arrange the necessary visa procedures for all exhibition participants.
7. During the event, systematically advance all exhibition-related tasks to ensure the project is successfully implemented.
8. Upon completion of the project, arrange for the issuance of invoices.
