The Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society for Surgery of the Hand is the official annual academic conference of the Japanese Society for Surgery of the Hand (JSSH) and a leading scholarly platform in the field of hand surgery across Asia. The conference covers the full spectrum of hand surgery, including microsurgery, upper‑extremity trauma, peripheral nerve injuries, wrist joint disorders, congenital deformities, and rehabilitation, and features academic lectures, case discussions, hands‑on workshops, surgical demonstrations, and technical exhibitions. It also invites internationally renowned experts in hand surgery to deliver invited keynote speeches, making it an important global forum for academic exchange and the presentation of cutting‑edge techniques.

2025: Over 3,000 Japanese hand surgery experts will attend, with more than 90 exhibitors, and local companies accounting for 60% of the exhibitors.

1. Complete the exhibition application form, ensuring that all information is accurate and error-free.
2. Confirm booth information, sign the exhibition contract, and pay the relevant fees as stipulated in the contract.
3. Handle matters related to booth registration, banner board fabrication, the exhibition catalog, rental of exhibition equipment and booth construction, as well as exhibit transportation.
4. Prepare exhibition materials such as brochures, posters, and business cards.
5. Confirm the list of exhibitors and coordinate their exhibition schedules.
6. If a visa is required, promptly arrange the necessary visa procedures for all exhibition participants.
7. During the event, systematically advance all exhibition-related tasks to ensure the project is successfully implemented.
8. Upon completion of the project, arrange for the issuance of invoices.
