American Hernia Society Annual Meeting (AHS)

The Annual Meeting of the American Hernia Society is the official annual scientific conference of the American Hernia Society (AHS), a premier global forum for experts in abdominal wall and hernia surgery. The event focuses on key topics including inguinal hernias, incisional hernias, parastomal hernias, hiatal hernias, complex and recurrent hernias, reconstruction of abdominal wall defects, laparoscopic and robotic minimally invasive techniques, mesh and biomaterials, perioperative management, complication prevention and control, as well as quality improvement and evidence-based medicine. Bringing together surgeons from general surgery, gastrointestinal surgery, abdominal wall surgery, minimally invasive surgery, and plastic surgery, along with related technical specialists, the meeting features plenary lectures, thematic symposia, surgical video demonstrations, cadaveric hands-on workshops, case‑discussion sessions, poster presentations, and an industry exhibition. It also offers CME continuing medical education credits, serving as a leading international platform for academic exchange, technical training, and industry collaboration in the field of hernia surgery.

1. Complete the exhibition application form, ensuring that all information is accurate and error-free.
2. Confirm booth information, sign the exhibition contract, and pay the relevant fees as stipulated in the contract.
3. Handle matters related to booth registration, banner board fabrication, the exhibition catalog, rental of exhibition equipment and booth construction, as well as exhibit transportation.
4. Prepare exhibition materials such as brochures, posters, and business cards.
5. Confirm the list of exhibitors and coordinate their exhibition schedules.
6. If a visa is required, promptly arrange the necessary visa procedures for all exhibition participants.
7. During the event, systematically advance all exhibition-related tasks to ensure the project is successfully implemented.
8. Upon completion of the project, arrange for the issuance of invoices.
