Canadian Neuroscience Federation Conference (CNSF)

The Canadian Federation of Neurosciences Congress is the premier annual academic conference in Canada’s clinical neuroscience field, boasting the highest standing and the most comprehensive specialty coverage. Co‑hosted by Canada’s six major neurology specialty societies, it serves as the nation’s central official platform for updating clinical practice guidelines, delivering continuing medical education, fostering multidisciplinary collaboration, and facilitating industry engagement. It is also a key regional event in North America for clinical neuroscience.

1. Complete the exhibition application form, ensuring that all information is accurate and error-free.
2. Confirm the booth information, sign the exhibition contract, and pay the relevant fees as stipulated in the contract.
3. Handle matters related to booth registration, banner board fabrication, the exhibition catalog, rental of exhibition equipment and booth construction, as well as exhibit transportation.
4. Prepare exhibition materials such as brochures, posters, and business cards.
5. Confirm the list of exhibitors and coordinate their exhibition schedules.
6. If a visa is required, promptly arrange the necessary visa procedures for all exhibition participants.
7. During the event, systematically advance all exhibition-related tasks to ensure the project is successfully implemented.
8. Upon completion of the project, arrange for the issuance of invoices.
