European Hernia Society International Congress (EHS)

The European Hernia Society International Annual Congress is the official annual international conference of the European Hernia Society (EHS), the largest and most prestigious academic event in the field of hernia and abdominal wall surgery in Europe, and one of the world’s leading platforms for core exchanges in abdominal wall surgery. 3. Handle matters related to booth registration, banner board fabrication, the exhibition catalog, rental of exhibition equipment and booth construction, as well as exhibit transportation.
4. Prepare exhibition materials such as brochures, posters, and business cards.
5. Confirm the list of exhibitors and coordinate their exhibition schedules.
6. If a visa is required, promptly arrange the necessary visa procedures for all exhibition participants.
7. During the event, systematically advance all exhibition-related tasks to ensure the project is successfully implemented.
8. Upon completion of the project, arrange for the issuance of invoices.
