The International Day Surgery Congress is the official flagship annual conference of the International Association for Ambulatory Surgery (IAAS), and the most authoritative and influential premier academic forum in the global day surgery and outpatient surgery fields. It brings together multidisciplinary experts from surgery, anesthesiology, nursing, management, engineering, and other specialties, offering keynote speeches, thematic forums, hands-on workshops, surgical video demonstrations, poster sessions, a dedicated nursing track, and industry exhibitions. The congress also provides CME continuing medical education credits, serving as a central platform for scholarly exchange, technical training, and industry collaboration in the global day surgery community.

2024 (the previous edition): Over 2,000 global experts attended, with more than 70 exhibitors, focusing on optimizing day-surgery workflows.

1. Complete the exhibition application form, ensuring that all information is accurate and error-free.
2. Confirm booth information, sign the exhibition contract, and pay the applicable fees as stipulated in the contract.
3. Handle matters related to booth registration, banner board fabrication, the exhibition catalog, rental of exhibition equipment and booth construction, as well as exhibit transportation.
4. Prepare exhibition materials such as brochures, posters, and business cards.
5. Confirm the list of exhibitors and coordinate their exhibition schedules.
6. If a visa is required, promptly arrange the necessary visa procedures for all exhibition participants.
7. During the event, systematically advance all exhibition-related tasks to ensure the project is successfully implemented.
8. Upon completion of the project, arrange for the issuance of invoices.
