The Annual Conference of the Ambulatory Surgery Center Association (ASCA) is the official flagship event of the American Society for Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCA), and it stands as the largest and most authoritative industry summit in the U.S. ambulatory surgery (ASC) sector. The conference brings together ASC administrators, clinicians, anesthesiologists, nurses, quality‑control specialists, finance professionals, supply‑chain managers, and industry service providers. It features keynote speeches, thematic forums, hands‑on workshops, policy briefings, case discussions, and an industry exhibition, while offering CME/CE continuing‑education credits. As a central platform, it facilitates academic exchange, policy analysis, technical training, and industry collaboration within the North American ambulatory surgery field.

1. Complete the exhibition application form, ensuring that all information is accurate and error-free.
2. Confirm booth information, sign the exhibition contract, and pay the applicable fees as stipulated in the contract.
3. Handle matters related to booth registration, banner board fabrication, the exhibition catalog, rental of exhibition equipment and booth construction, as well as exhibit transportation.
4. Prepare exhibition materials such as brochures, posters, and business cards.
5. Confirm the list of exhibitors and coordinate their exhibition schedules.
6. If a visa is required, promptly arrange the necessary visa procedures for all exhibition participants.
7. During the event, systematically advance all exhibition-related tasks to ensure the project is successfully implemented.
8. Upon completion of the project, arrange for the issuance of invoices.
