North American Neuromodulation Society Annual Meeting (NANS)

The Annual Meeting of the North American Neuromodulation Society is the largest and most clinically and industrially integrated flagship academic conference in the field of neuromodulation in North America. It serves as a central platform for the clinical implementation of neuromodulation technologies, the launch of new products, and industry collaboration across specialties such as pain management, functional neurosurgery, and rehabilitation. It also represents a critical gateway for global neuromodulation companies seeking to establish a foothold in the North American market. In 2027, coinciding with the Society’s 30th anniversary, both the conference’s scale and its industry‑related offerings will be further enhanced.

1. Complete the exhibition application form, ensuring that all information is accurate and error-free.
2. Confirm the booth information, sign the exhibition contract, and pay the relevant fees as stipulated in the contract.
3. Handle matters related to booth registration, banner board fabrication, the exhibition catalog, rental of exhibition equipment and booth construction, as well as exhibit transportation.
4. Prepare exhibition materials such as brochures, posters, and business cards.
5. Confirm the list of exhibitors and coordinate their exhibition schedules.
6. If a visa is required, promptly arrange the necessary visa procedures for all exhibition participants.
7. During the event, systematically advance all exhibition-related tasks to ensure the project is successfully implemented.
8. Upon completion of the project, arrange for the issuance of invoices.
