The International Congress on Neuromuscular Diseases is the premier biennial international conference in the field, renowned for its highest academic authority and most comprehensive coverage of neuromuscular disorders. Led by the Neuromuscular Disorders Section of the World Federation of Neurology (WFN), it serves as a central, authoritative platform for harmonizing international diagnostic and therapeutic guidelines, disseminating cutting-edge research findings, fostering global multidisciplinary collaboration, and facilitating industry‑academic partnerships.

Neuromuscular disease diagnostic reagents, gene therapy drugs, muscle function monitoring devices, and rehabilitation assistive devices.

1. Complete the exhibition application form, ensuring that all information is accurate and error-free.
2. Confirm the booth information, sign the exhibition contract, and pay the relevant fees as stipulated in the contract.
3. Handle matters related to booth registration, banner board production, the exhibition catalog, rental of exhibition equipment and booth construction, as well as exhibit transportation.
4. Prepare exhibition materials such as brochures, posters, and business cards.
5. Confirm the list of exhibitors and coordinate their exhibition schedules.
6. If a visa is required, promptly arrange the necessary visa procedures for all exhibition participants.
7. During the event, systematically advance all exhibition-related tasks to ensure the project is successfully implemented.
8. Upon completion of the project, arrange for the issuance of invoices.
