American Surgical Association Annual Meeting (ASA)

The American College of Surgeons Annual Meeting is North America’s oldest, most prestigious, and most selective summit for surgical elites. As the official flagship annual conference of the American College of Surgeons (ACS), it operates on an invitation‑only fellowship system, admitting only the world’s leading surgical pioneers, clinical authorities, and scientists, thereby representing the highest academic standards in North American surgery. The program features keynote addresses, specially invited master lectures, presentations of original research, thematic symposia, exchanges on challenging cases and cutting-edge technologies, and the awarding of scholarly honors—including the Flance–Karl Prize—making it a premier platform for global surgical leaders to engage in academic dialogue, foster research collaborations, and benchmark industry best practices.

2025: Over 8,000 U.S. surgical specialists will attend, with more than 200 exhibitors, emphasizing both fundamental surgical research and clinical applications.

General surgical instruments, minimally invasive devices, surgical robots, oncologic surgical instruments, and surgical imaging systems.

1. Complete the exhibition application form, ensuring that all information is accurate and error-free.
2. Confirm booth information, sign the exhibition contract, and pay the applicable fees as stipulated in the contract.
3. Handle matters related to booth registration, banner board fabrication, the exhibition catalog, rental of exhibition equipment and booth construction, as well as exhibit transportation.
4. Prepare exhibition materials such as brochures, posters, and business cards.
5. Confirm the list of exhibitors and coordinate their exhibition schedules.
6. If a visa is required, promptly arrange the necessary visa procedures for all exhibition participants.
7. During the event, systematically advance all exhibition-related tasks to ensure the project is successfully implemented.
8. Upon completion of the project, arrange for the issuance of invoices.
