The Annual Meeting of the American Society for Reconstructive Microsurgery is the most prestigious and highest‑profile flagship academic conference in the field of reconstructive microsurgery in North America. Hosted by the American Society for Reconstructive Microsurgery (ASRM), it focuses on cutting‑edge techniques, clinical innovations, education and training, and quality improvement in microsurgery and complex tissue reconstruction. Co‑organized with the American Association for Surgery of the Hand (AAHS) and the American Society for Peripheral Nerve (ASPN), the event features keynote lectures, master classes, hands‑on workshops, live surgical video broadcasts, oral and poster presentations, case discussions, and industry exhibitions, serving as a central platform for technical exchange, talent development, and industry collaboration in North American microsurgery.

Over 2,000 surgical experts attended, with more than 60 exhibitors, focusing on the clinical applications of reconstructive microsurgery.

Reconstructive microsurgical instruments, tissue repair materials, microscopic surgical imaging systems, regenerative medicine products, and postoperative rehabilitation devices.

1. Complete the exhibition application form, ensuring that all information is accurate and error-free.
2. Confirm the booth information, sign the exhibition contract, and pay the relevant fees as stipulated in the contract.
3. Handle matters related to booth registration, banner board fabrication, the exhibition catalog, rental of exhibition equipment and booth construction, as well as exhibit transportation.
4. Prepare exhibition materials such as brochures, posters, and business cards.
5. Confirm the list of exhibitors and coordinate their exhibition schedules.
6. If a visa is required, promptly arrange the necessary visa procedures for all exhibition participants.
7. During the event, systematically advance all exhibition-related tasks to ensure the project is successfully implemented.
8. Upon completion of the project, arrange for the issuance of invoices.
